Well let's see where to start. First when I went into the Wichita location I was very clear on what I had for a down payment. They showed me 2 vehicles wich i loved spent hours doing all the paperwork to them tell me the down payment was over double what I had. Next day I'm looking online and found a vehicle I loved at the tulsa location. It started by being told they will not transfer the car to wichita. So I go to wichita put down the payment then make the drive to tulsa. On the way home I notice a stutter when pulling a hill and accelerating. So first thing this morning I take it in under warranty. It needs a new transmission. I call drive time because I want to see the inspection in told they won't give it without a court order... super fishy. I don't know any other dealers that won't give you the inspection report unless they didn't do one. From what I'm hearing from the repair shop they don't do anything to these cars buy them at action and turn them out to let the buyer deal with getting it all fixed under warranty. It ok if your good at telling there is an issue but if your not it could be costly at 250 deductible at a covered shop. The warranty also only covers 30 per day for a rental they won't extend anything even though you can't drive your new car for days. I was repeatedly told not our issue that's why there is a warranty. I so badly want to return the car but as much as I want to know I'll be ok since it'll have a new transmission. I think its crap how service after the sale is non existent with these people. Do not recommend!!!!!
