Save your time save your money

Save your time save your money. I got a vehicle from them and already had to put it in the shop before I even made my first payment before I even get my registration sticker. I already had to put it in the shop twice. The second time was because of the transmission going out I get it back and the whole front of the car is vibrating so bad you can’t keep your foot on the pedal. I had a rental car that I had to pay for and I’m not gonna see none of that money back, which is ridiculous cause I had to pay $1800 on a vehicle that I didn’t need to pay for one or I shouldn’t have. I could’ve wouldn’t got me another vehicle with that money. They’re not helpful. They will sell you a piece of shit car and not do anything about it so don’t waste your time your money I wouldn’t. I wish somebody would’ve told me that.

Danielle and Art were both very…

Danielle and Art were both very helpful. When we took the vehicle out for a test drive we discovered an oil leak. Vehicle was sent to a Firestone in Round Rock for repair. Took two weeks to “repair “. Picked up the vehicle on CT a Saturday. Driving to work there was an alarm sounding off to shut the car off due to low oil pressure. Put 4 quarts of oil in and continued to work. Major oil leak. Was told to take to a Firestone in Leander. Oil found to be leaking from Turbo. Bolts missing from Turbo and other things missing. Another week without a vehicle. Hopefully it’s fixed.

Nice and clean cars

Nice and clean cars. The salesman Jacob Martinez was very friendly and knowledgeable courteous not pushy. I will recommend your dealership in Round Rock Tx to friends and family.

Great customer service, but buyer beware

Colby did a great job of helping us get the car purchase taken care of in Round Rock, Texas. The car was clean inside and out. Unfortunately, the very next day the AC went out on the car and we knew when we purchased the car that the Bluetooth feature was not working. Unfortunately, I have come to expect issues like this when purchasing cars from Drivetime or another similar company, Carvana.

There is NO WAY I'll ever enter into the Roundrock TX location Again, their bias about who THEY can fiance there overly priced vehicles. I'll drive and extra hour out to get EQual Quality Service in Temple TX!!!!

Best experience ever

Danielle helped me from the moment I entered. She didn’t beat around the bush with anything and let me know my options for coverages. She was so very sweet and made my experience feel personalized and not robotic. I was in and hour in less than two hours which sounds like nothing when buying a car. The process was so easy. I came from out of town so they made sure to prepare me with the things I needed before driving all that way. I 100% would recommend Danielle to any and everyone. This was the best customer service experience I have ever received.

Purchased a vehicle in Round Rock not…

Purchased a vehicle in Round Rock not even a month already been at the service twice they won’t let me exchange vehicle I feel like I was sold a vehicle with problems not only that first vehicle purchased where they didn’t wash and fill up the tank I left there with a empty tank and dirty vehicle no one will help me not even customer relations they basically said I’m stuck with it so frustrated !!!!
