On June 30 me and my husband went to…
On June 30 me and my husband went to drivetime to buy a car when we get here all was great papers sign and drove home with my 2018 Chevrolet Trax LT. I drove the car for 6 days on the 7 day the StabiliTrak service light and ABS light came on now this day 7 so day 5 have passed so no taken it back so we called Drivetime about this and was told to call SilverRock to fine a shop to fix it well firestone so we took it there on the07/07/26 they had car for 1 days and would not touch it due to all the rust under the vehicle so we went to pick it up I then called SilverRock ask us to take it to leete tire so we did they had it from 07/08/2026 and they had it for 5 days got back on 7/11/2026 they said it was fixed well then on 7/23/2026 StabiliTrak and ABS came on again so again here we go I called drivetime to let them know that it came back on and this would be the 3 time going into a shop I said our state have lemon law and the women on the call got mad and said what do we need a lawyer so I called SilverRock again and they sent me 3 other places to take so we take it to Aamco and they could not get the light to come on so again my car was not fixed and my warranty will run out on July 30 and my car will not be fixed We put 5000 down on this vehicle so now I am stuck with a lemon vehicle. We got the Gap Coverage for this vehicle as well and we paying for it but they will charge me 100 dollars each time I have to take it in to get fix. This vehicle breaks can lock up any time on me and Drivetime will not take this vehicle back. I have contact BBB and DMV and Attorney General of Virgina. Next will be TV station people need to see that drivetime is doing their customers so wrong

I was very impressed with Brandon Kidd
I was very impressed with Brandon Kidd. No matter how long it took to get proof of income from us, he was so patient and very kind.
We drove 4 hours one way to get our car and it was well worth it.
Everyone in the dealership was friendly and made us feel right at home.
