Everyone was super helpful

Everyone was super helpful, don’t remember managers name, but he was great. Joe our sales person, listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the right car. Our 3rd time purchasing from Drive Time, and second from this dealership. Didn’t disappoint.

I had a great experience finding a car…

I had a great experience finding a car with DriveTime in Pensacola, Florida. Jeremiah H. was a fairly new salesman but I appreciated how thorough he was with explaining each car and their features. He walked me through everything there was to know about the vehicle and we performed the inspection together. Marquis C. was particularly helpful as well by making my mom and I feel welcomed and comfortable. I felt very knowledgeable in every step of the process. I would recommend DriveTime to anyone looking for a car without the best credit. I was turned down everywhere else I went to and they gave me the chance I needed.

I like how my approved amount down and…

I like how my approved amount down and monthly was true from the website. When I came in the day after verification of my income and personal info, I didn't get a surprise that my financial obligation was changed to be able to make a purchase. Adjusting to a different vehicle was seamless as well. Your salesperson deals with it all and it's not a back and forth with the financial team. Was nice that the protections, like GAP and Warranty (plus Lojack)were all included in the approval.

Pleasant experience with Debbie.

I enjoyed the time at Drivetime. Debbie was a very good sales agent. I came there on Saturday and I wind up purchasing a vehicle on Tuesday.

Setting up an appointment to test drive…

Setting up an appointment to test drive a car online was so easy. I was almost immediately contacted to confirm, and they had the car ready for me upon arrival. Tyler was so kind and helpful. He provided all the essential information regarding the car I wanted to purchase and talked me through the financing procedure. It made purchasing a car feel like a walk in a park. The whole office and those working were welcoming and helpful.

Get a second car and have the same…

Get a second car and have the same problem a lot of smoke coming from the exhaust pipe yes two cars in 2 weeks get a 3rd and have a battery terminal problem.
