Worst experience of my life…
Just purchased the vehicle 4 months ago. Since then the change oil light came on. Thinking they might have just not reset it. I placed a phone call to drive time to see if they changed the oil and they told me that was proprietary information. They left a lock on my spare tire and did not provide the key had to tire on freeway and had to pay extra. 3 months later I had to purchase a new battery and now the transmission has failed and needs $2000.00 to repair. Called drive time to see if they would help and they said sorry should have purchased an extend service contract for $4000.00 which I could not afford. I am a disabled veteran on a limited income. Now I am forced to return truck because I don’t have the money and ruin my credit.

Drivetime is a vibe. They really got me in and out. Bossman, Freddie, and Grant made me very comfortable. We got the business done but had alot of laughs the whole time. Misleading information and false…
Misleading information and false advertising! There commercial and during applying online your told a different story once your in person. Qualify for $1,000 down when apply online, once I arrived to sign paperwork they done the process longer and ask me for $5,000 to $7,000. This is taking a hard inquiry on credit and not to mention time wasted!!
