I have been using Driver Easy for roughly a year on my laptop as well as on my parents' desktop PC. I've been extremely satisfied with this product, especially on my laptop. As many of you will know, searching for drivers manually can be time consuming and often end up with downloads from questionable sources. In particular, Realtek drivers have been a constant problem. No longer with driver easy! In fact, I was actually shocked at how many drivers were out of date on my laptop the first time I ran the scan. What's more, after installing the new drivers, DPC latency issues caused by outdated drivers were completely resolved. For my parents, this is also great since all they have to do is click one button. I also recently contacted their support staff with some questions I had regarding the program and they responded quickly and professionally. This program is not very expensive considering all of the headaches it resolves, so, in my opinion, it's worth it. Thanks!

could not connect to spf when scanning, there fore didnot work as could not finish scan

I have tried couple of software but nothing was as “EASY” as Driver Easy

Does what it is supposed to do - scan my machines, detect outdated drivers and install new ones. I'm completely satisfied with Driver Easy

Ease of use. Downloads and updates all drivers in one click and fairly fast depending on size. If you don’t want to download every outdated driver you can choose which ones you really need.

It's simple, clean, doesn't try to sell me something else, establishes a restore point before it starts, If there is a problem regarding drivers, I am unaware of it.
They should try their hand at anti-virus and anti-tracking software.

They live up to their name. I've not updated drivers until I bought a subscription to Drver Easy. It was too hard to do myself, but one click got it done .

The scan process for updating the drivers was very easy to do. It did update my drivers. But after updating the drivers it appears that i had something else wrong. The customer service was very good to do numerous things to solve my computer issues. They went beyond the drivers concerns to providing other helpful problem solving things. Thanks

My computer was performing very slow. And my wi-fi usb would not stay connected. Speed is great now, and usb now working great. Thank you very much for your help.

I found the app very easy to use. It doesn't seem to take a strain on the system which is good. I think the company is going in the right direction with the customer in mind. The first step in my opinion is the ease of how it works when activated, very little strain on my system.

Ease of use. Great for letting me know of drivers that need to be upgraded.

Instructions were easy to follow. The main reason for instillation was that my speakers do not work and after researching, I learned that it ccould be because of out dated driver. The instillation did not work on my speakers.
