Worst company ever. Ordered lots of clothes and a zipper wasn’t working on an item, sent some items back for a refund and the one item for An exchange! They have not sent me out the item for exchange and not refunded it either! No one will respond and the only way to contact them is via instagram. This was on top of the welcome offer code not working and their answer was basically oh well, when I finally got a reply!
