My order never arrived and customer service won't reponse. I believe this is a fake site. Order with caution if you must!

I Have been drinking wraith for a few months now on my 4th order customer service has been on point had to have an address update on delivery which I sent an email and was corrected instantly and a reply within the hour of the email support on discord and you can easily chat to staff, Flavours so far have been amazing Wraith reborn could have a stronger taste as the sweetness overpowers the cherry cola but it's still enjoyable. Quite scummy behavior to be honest
Overall I was going to give 3 stars.

The energy drink itself in the flavors I tried so far were really good, and the product itself does a great job. 4.5 stars.

The shaker I ordered looks NOTHING like the pictures. Clear false advertising. I then left a 2 star review on the site for said falsely advertised shaker. THEY ONLY POST THE GOOD REVIEWS!!

Honestly a ridiculous company, it can't have been hard to either post actual pictures of the shaker, or make them the colour they're advertised as? Their main product itself I would have been a returning customer for. IF they didn't filter out poor reviews I probably still would have bought more tubs in future

I been drinking Sneak for a couple of years and they ran out of flavours I liked, so I purchased this to try and worst mistake. Initial and after taste is horrendous. I bought 2 different flavours and it's hard to explain but it just doesn't tatse right, I would avoid purchasing.

No customer support.

When I first started getting Wraith the customer support was great as were the products. Now however there is simply no customer support. I have sent multiple emails and they never respond.

No customer service !

Amazing products and perfect balance of flavours and not too sweet like other brands. Made the switch to Wraith for just over a year and it's been flawless experience. Also to top it off great service and customer experience! Hats off to Alex and Josh. Highly recommend giving Wraith a go! DN

Great customer support!

My tub had lots of gunk in the lid, sent a photo to customer service, spoke to phil who said was fine to drink and not to worry, was an issue with the heating equipment machine they use to seal the tubs, was told as an apology will be sent some free samples, never received the free samples in the post and my powder has lots of black/brown bits which won't dissolve, don't feel safe drinking it and let down by the customer service

Amazing service, super fast delivery but unfortunately the product taste chalky and like chemicals I tried 2 different flavours and regret buying them and as I opened them I can't return, maybe my problem is I have been using Sneak which is very tasty and some really nice flavours just a bit expensive but had to try I would rate Wraith 2 out 10 and Sneak 9 out 10 for taste but that is just my opinion

I bought a tub a few months ago, I used about half then stopped using it for abit, went to go make one today and the power is all hard and in clumps at the bottom… can’t use now :/ candy cult is a very nice flavour though, however won’t purchase from here again if half the tub is unusable..

I was so iimpressed with how affordable wraith is and got the Tallboi Bundle. When it arrived the packaging was really well done with the sachets inside the shaker which I thought was a nice touch not to mention the little hook which is perfect to attach to my bad for easy carrying.

All the good reviews about this product look like a copypaste jusr changing a few words....some companies pay reviewers to put good reviews....dont trust this one....not worth it taking the risk....

I placed an order a month ago (Nr #23827) on the website that I never received. I sent an email asking them to check, to which they replied to wait a week. I waited, I didn't receive it. I contacted the company again, but never got a response to the emails I sent after. At this moment I still do not receive the order I placed and still waiting for an answer from Wraith.

Rank chalky , chemical taste and texture . Not a fan of it at all compared with a head to head comparison with sneak energy.

Found these through Facebook and was using sneak for a long while but getting bored of their over priced tubs and flavours. This is the best swap I've made, got the starter pack as a trial with different flavours; cult candy was the first one I've tried, wow! Mind blown! It tastes great, so sweet and hits just right I can safely say I'm converted! Wraith is amazing and the shakers are cute too!

Drinks taste amazing, it gives a good mental alertness and energy boost without feeling you need to do a 10k run, good alternative to regular energy drinks, amazing branding and cool merch. Awesome selection of flavours and not found a bad one yet! Would love a version with half the caffeine though cause they taste so good and I want to drink more but cant incase I have a caffeine overdose xD

Customer service is awesome too, asked them to send me one of the little rubber ducks they were sending with the Bathwater tubs, but as I like a selection of the pouches and can't commit to a full tub I wasn't sure if I was cult enough to get one, but they sent one! And it made me extra happy. Although my cats seems to have taken out a vengeance on the poor yellow swimmy bird.

Drink and designs are awesome, but missing bottle from my first order and the bottle I did receive is leaking when you make the drink.

Have contacted customer service but email only which I don't enjoy not talking live to a company.

Will update once I get a reply and hopefully resolved my order.

I found this out through Facebook and I was absolutely impressed by it. I got myself a Wraith Crate and you are getting your money's worth. It tastes great, it looks great, what more could you ask for *****
