Having finally receiving our wine from yodel i have to say its absolutely delicious! So tasty crisp an very enjoyable. My friend and i will definitely be coming back for more but will probably go for dpd delivery instead. Beautiful wines

When reporting issues with a faulty filters causing damage to my cat's water fountain the customer service from Petsafe was a great experience, with quick responses and great service they sent me a replacement fountain free of charge, post + packaging included.

I would recommend the company based on customer service alone.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT. FIRST BOUGHT ONE 8 YEARS AGO FOR A CAT WITH KIDNEY PROBLEMS WHO WOULD ONLY DRINK RUNNING WATER AND WE GOT TIRED OF GETTING UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO TURN ON THE TAP AND STAND THERE.
BOUGHT A SECOND ONE TO HAVE UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS.

I bought the drinking fountain for my cat because she kept drinking out of the kitchen sink! It is excellent and she loves it. I am really pleased I bought it.

Brilliant item, works perfectly & is a huge hit with all 4 of our cats. The large reservoir is excellent as it means you aren't filling it up every 5 minutes & the design makes it easy for our cats to drink from either the bowl or the falling water stream.

Happy with the product. Delivery was smooth and on time. East assembly.

Outstanding product would recommend a DRINKWELL water fountain to any dog owners.

Arrived quickly, easy to assemble, long cable with sealed plug. Is silent running but sometimes lid moves so makes it vibrate but just need to move the lid and it stops. Cats took to it instantly. Well worth it

Tried lots of these automated feeders and this one is excellent - the best by far!

Love these, I've had one running for the last 8 years continuously 24/7 and all 3 cats love drinking from it. I now have two as I replaced the motor in an old one, the motors can be purchased for £15. Very pleased with this product!

Within 5 minutes of setting the Drinkwell mini up, our cat "Norbitz" drank from the fountain. Before, we put a drink bowl at the side of his feed and didn.t drink........Great way to get a cat plenty to drink. Excellent product :0)

Fast delivery and competitive price for the fountain I purchased so would certainly be happy buying from them again.

Drinkable fountains have been consistently good and their customer service is excellent. We had a few problems with the 'hum' of the motor - some seem to be louder than others - and Drinkwell (via Petsafe at the time) were only too happy to replace the fountain.
Our cat has never used anything else in 3 years and I have just ordered the mini version for travel or visiting. I now think we'll use the smaller version all the time as it is easier to clean.
The only reason I gave four stars instead of 5 is because I would like it to run more silently, but perhaps this is not possible.

This has been a god send our cat would wake us through the night wanting a tap on for water

My 20 years old Burmese Tom Cat called Casper has not been drinking much lately. I decided that I would buy one of these and what a difference. it took a few days for it to make him decide and now I am topping it up twice a day! Only downside that I can live with, is more changes of his wood pellets in toilet box but that according to vet who I saw with him 4 days ago for his yearly check up is brilliant. He told me that any way to get an older cat to drink more, is good for their kidneys. I am more than pleased .

Super quick delivery and easy to follow instructions.

I'm Impressed with the quality of the fountain, the ceramic is of a really good quality. The instructions for putting it together are clear and easy to follow, and I've been running the pump on a timer plug for the last two months since purchase.

Both our cats think it is wonderful.
