Scammers
Tried to get a repair on a machine to be told I needed to upgrade and buy a new machine. That there was no option to repair. And that they remotely would turn off my machine. As if by magic my machine now doesn’t turn on, next person I speak with now says they can’t turn off remotely, I have forwarded the emails to prove that they said this to me.
After speaking to someone else I was told it could be sent back and a new one sent out for the cost of the original machine. No need to upgrade to a machine double the cost. Lying and conning people out of more money when it simply could have been a quick easy repair. Don’t trust this company , spent nearly £1000 on a machine for it to break after only a few years. Awful quality and worse customer service. No effort to resolve anything apart from giving false and misleading info to make another sale. DO NOT RECOMMEND
