This is my second review and I have deleted my review of one star as this company have redeemed my faith in them.
They went on to sort my car coating, it’s booked in to have clutch issues sorted and when I dropped my car for diagnostics I sadly fell down the stairs in their premises (nobody’s fault but losing my footing) resulting in a broken foot.
Audi helped get my car back to me and then returned with beautiful flowers and champagne.
I didn’t get the young man’s name but he was so kind and could see I was in tears over the break.
To me this shows such kindness in customer service and I’m truly thankful for them helping resolve my issues with my new car and this kind gesture.

Exceptional Service - Highly Recommended
After a poor experience trying to arrange a test drive through my local Audi dealership, I contacted Walton Audi and the difference was remarkable.
From my first phone call, everything was straightforward, professional and welcoming. I was quickly put through to Damian Hannigan, who took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and arranged a test drive with no fuss.
What impressed me most was that nothing felt rushed. We spent around thirty minutes on the test drive, giving me a genuine feel for the car, and afterwards Damian patiently talked me through the different specifications, options and colours without any pressure.
His knowledge, professionalism and approach made the whole buying experience enjoyable and gave me the confidence to place an order for a new Audi Q5 Sportback Vorsprung.
Exceptional service from start to finish. Damian is a real asset to Walton Audi, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the dealership.

Rahim went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, stress-free and enjoyable. He was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. No question was too much, and I left feeling confident that I understood every part of the process.
One thing that really stood out was the personal touch. He actually picked my number plate, and it turned out to have my initials in it! It was such a thoughtful surprise and made collecting my new car even more special.
It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes so much pride in what they do. His professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made all the difference.
Thank you for making what can often be a stressful experience such an exciting and memorable one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy a car!

Poor customer service and very unclear communication. AudiCAM is advertised as part of the MOT when booking, but I didn’t receive it this time, even though I have previously. Left feeling like they didn’t even check the car, and unfortunately I can’t trust this place.
