I don't like the fraud with the discount... increase the cost of the item , and then make supposedly big discount. it looks unfair to customer!!!!

I will not recommend this shop to anyone. My ordered goods never arrived because of a mistake made by the delivery company which sent the package back to Germany instead of to my place.
Dress-for-Less would not resend it but made a refund - but the amount refunded was delivery costs excluded (and they won't refund it, I asked). Very nice work - I have to pay for delivery costs for a package I never got!!!

I purchased some Jeans which I had bought previously exactly the same brand and size, and the jeans which arrived to me in Australia were too small. I had to send them back and paid over $55 for the privilege. I was then mucked around for over 2 months regarding an investigation into the jeans sent from Australia to Germany and told they are not there. No explanation etc. I have spoken to Australia Post who advised me that it sounded suspicious. I am now $130 out of pocket for the 2 pairs of jeans and $55 for postage. It appears that the company has decided to keep the goods and not send new items to me. Very disappointing.

There is nothing to criticise, all the purchase processes are working fine.
One thing to mention are the shipping costs, which are always free in comparable online stores.

I love the clothing and the prices, short delivery time. God service. Everything is good.

I am almost an addict! Ever since I stumbled upon dress-for-less, I am spending a lot on clothes, and the returns are also easy and convenient. Just one thing, I believe you should do away with the delivery charges from 50€ or 100€ and upwards. Otherwise, I give 5 stars for everything ! The selections could be better from time to time. Sometimes, it is the same old stuff for a long time. Introduce more brands please! :)

Fully aware that you must bear the cost of returns yourself, however was not not expecting them to be one of those companies that claim to have not received the returned parcel (even with tracking information that shows receipt of goods at their depot). Unacceptable.

Do not trust them with your money: they do not care about their customers.

Ordered items almost a month ago customer service very poor items went missing through Dhl and they have to investigate so I have no clothes and they have my money. Very frustrated trying to sort this out, really poor experience with dealing with them.

Best service ever. I can plan my outfit for the week knowing that Dress-for-less is only a click away. The delivery is very prompt and on time.

Transport very expensive and if something is wrong, you have everything you as a customer to pay for transportation, and you just return the money product. You do not want to lose even 50 cents.

I lie your website and how it works, however I prefer to see more Marks and famous brands specially for shoes like Unisa and Tamaris.
The shipment cost is a bit high, comparing to some other websites which offer free shipping! so I check first if I could find that special dress in other website with free shippinh and then come back to your website.
I already ordered some clothes and my friends suggested your website which is worthwhile shopping from.
