They kept delaying my order stating it was in the works but the time I received it the 30 return policy had passed. The item is made very cheap & it comes with cotton sticks that the company cannot replace & I was told "maybe" Amazon has replacement parts. I also do not like the fact that it has a USB port & I am not comfortable using that alone in my bedroom. The company refused to refund the total amount I paid & then then they offered me a 30% refund which I ended up taking because it was clear they are a sham company.. They charged me a VAT of $6.18 & refunded me 1.68.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Scam! they using different sites aswell.

After the initial confirmation of the order it has been nothing but excuse after excuse for non-delivery. Even using some unknown Spring Festival that workers are attending??? Seriously. Told them to cancel the order and refund purchase. No acknowledgement! Just more "we're working on your order and working to choose the best courier"???

This Company sells under different names, one of the names is Product Label BV.
They run fake reviews to look like independent people have reviewed their humidifier. It is a scam.
The humidifier is tiny, same as 10 quid size ones on Amazon.
They made it seem like a much larger top of the range one.
It cost 76.00 pounds... can't believe I fell for this.
They offer returns but don't send return address. They keep offering discounts to get me to keep it.
It is rubbish Chinese dropshipping via this Dutch scam company.
