Purchased an orthopaedic pillow. It arrived in an acceptable time frame but stitching so poor and torn prior to use by me.
When emails are finally answered they are not during Australian hours so fair assumption that this is not the “Aussie shop” they claim to be.

Please don’t trust this website.!!!!

Very disappointed. Should be called ChinaDreamShop. They claim they are in Australia and have a shop in Australia. After I ordered the pillow, I tracked the street address they have on the order and it doesn't even exist. In fact the product comes directly from China. What a scam. The product is junk and not worth the good money I paid for it. Don`t buy here. Buy elsewhere at much better price and much better quality

Purchased a breathing koala, it arrived today and it it’s awful it doesn’t turn on or off properly and makes loud creaking groaning sound like plastic scraping together, absolute junk, I have email their customer support so will update this if I get any reaponse

Pretty confident this is a scam. No action of any orders. Good on em for having a go, I guess.

They are a drop shipper who purchase from Temu at a fraction of the price and ship to you. You can go straight to Temu yourself. Nothing “Aussie” about Aussie dream shop

Beware. These are Chinese pillows being advertised as Australian. I reached out to verify of they were Australian as postage app showed another location, seller stated they were Australian but had partners in China. The pillows arrived and look exactly like the Temu ones, but cost more. Quality not great, stuffing/ threads coming out within the first hour.
Overall the pillow isnt bad, but would not pay the price this company is charging.

My item was shipped from China. Was expecting it to be sent from Australia. Nearly a month on, my item is still in China. They offered to resend from warehouse in Australia. Would really like to know why they didnt in the first place. Not shopping here again. Recommend looking elswhere.

Unfortunately, I had a bad and time-consuming experience shopping from this online shop. I tried for three days to make the payment but it was not possible. I even changed 4 credit or master cards, but It didn't help.
I tried to call several times, but no one answered. Finally, I purchased another site only within 5 minutes.
