Excellent customer service from Emily. The delivery drivers were fabulous and my bed is extremely comfortable

Excellent on-time delivery of quality luxury.

The mattress makes such loud creaking sounds with even the slightest of movement which of course wakes me up. We've reported it 5 days ago but no follow up from Dreams as yet.

Excellent advice and help from Emily in the Yeovil branch. I thought I had an idea about what sort of mattress would be best for me but visited with an open mind. Emily was welcoming and friendly and explained that the best place to start was with the Sleepmatch bed - after answering a few questions and lying on it the technology suggested which firmness of mattress would be suitable. Then she guided us to try out some options with varying constructions, explaining the differences. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything and although the bed chosen cost more than I had budgeted for I believe it’s the best choice for me based on the info received and time spent testing in store. Really looking forward to taking delivery in a couple of weeks and am happy that there’s the option to exchange (all well explained) if needed. Many thanks!

My partner & me purchased a bed from the Yeovil branch of Dreams 2weeks ago.
The sales person was attentive & helpful. She managed to sort a delivery date that was compatible us both.
When the bed was delivered, the men friendly,& efficient. They had the bed built in no time & they cleared all the packaging.
All in all,very happy the experience & purchase. Will recommend to other people.

The staff at this store were very helpful; I requested the Sleepmatch experience and was matched with a few mattress options. I was given time to browse their range without any pressure. The order was easily placed and the delivery was made on time by a very professional team who took care to protect the mattress and my property during the process. Thank you!

Excellent delivery team. Delivery was made sooner than we expected when ordering, but we were given plenty of notice. On the day the delivery men were on time (they'd informed us earlier of likely arrival time), polite, efficient and clean. Top marks.

Paid for a more expensive mattress, but its definitely been worth it and hopefully it will last longer.
First night I feel asleep and woke up 8 hours later in exactly the same position. Unheard of for me.
