Andrea at the store was very helpful in choosing our new mattress and the delivery went well even though the two lads had problems with the vehicle and were behind schedule but they did keep us informed.

New Mattress
The whole experience was fine from the time we
placed the order until delivery.
We tested out various options in store to match our sleep pattern. We chose new pillows mine was fine but the wife found hers too hard and this was swapped for a softer version without any hassle and on a no cost basis.
All in all a good experience.

I went to bed first night loving my new mattress. Unfortunately I woke three hours later feeling incredibly nauseous. I thought I was going to die. I decamped to my lounge. Eventually I left the mattress to air for 72 hrs. Now I love my new mattress

Good products and helpful staff
Helpful staff and wide range of beds to choose from. I am pleased with the Silent Night mattress we bought and the good delivery service.
I suggest it would have been helpful to have a copy of the Sleep match report to look at to help us select a mattress and to have been informed the return policy didn't apply to the display mattress we bought.

Excellent customer service from help in deciding which beds we wanted to the delivery of our beds by two extremely helpful efficient fitters, clean and tidy, nothing too much trouble. We were kept informed of our delivery at all times. We would definitely buy from Dreams again.

I had a fantastic experience at Dreams thanks to Tom, who was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained all the different mattress options clearly, and made the whole process really easy and stress-free.

The mattress is great
The mattress is great. Very comfortable and cool. The delivery team were outstanding, it was going in the top floor of a 3 storey house and Darren and Aiden had no problems at all. Plus they took the plastic packaging away too. Thanks
