We purchased a matteress (Silentnight therapur) mattress on July26 2023 from Warrington store o/n
347A014108 and the sides started to sag. Dreams were contacted and had a company called Emmiera send a man to inspect it on 12/4/24. The chap that arrived was slightly of hand from start to finish sayin that we must not sit on the edge of the bed. So how do we get in? 30 secs or less to swing our legs into the bed is apparently a long period. I was then given a demonstration of how to flop on to the mattress. He measured several points with his bits of string etc and said it was within trade tolerances. No mention of the sides collapsing down by about 80% when sat on to get in. Verdict MISUSE. That means a bed is not for sleeping in ????? The mattress is weak and not fit for purpose but sady my CC company are unable to use sec 75 after 6 months. We also paid £80 for an extended warranty which no doubt will now be invalid. Going to a big seller gave us false hopes of a good purchase.
I did write this review differently earlier but the computer crashed and I lost it all. Perhaps Dreams may refund me or am I DREAMING

Dreams have indeed been in touch with an offer of help. This may solve the problem amicably. I will update again at a later date.

Enjoyable experience indeed
3 Days after we arrived from overseas, our next-door neighbours took us to the Warrington store because he had had a good experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Sales Rep Robert provided exceptional service. He listened to our needs and offered practical advice. Robert has made our shopping hassle-free and enjoyable.

The best experience!
Following the welcome and Sleepmatch device I was shown to about 5/6 different mattresses. I chose a Tempur. I also purchased an ottoman divan base and was given 2 free Tempur pillows and a mattress protector.
It was easy to order in store and choose a delivery date. I wasn’t sure when my new home’s completion date would be at that point but I was assured that I could change the date online or phone the store and ask them to do it.
The bed was delivered on time by 2 very efficient gentleman as I paid for the ottoman and bed to be built for me.
All in all I have an exceptionally comfortable great looking bed.
I would highly recommend Dreams
