Unfortunately the medium mattress turns out to be almost as bad as my previous firm mattress. Just goes to show a little test in the showroom doesn’t always count. Nice padded top does the trick.

To charge pensioners £20 to take a mattress upstairs is excessive, and to charge £55 to dispose of the old mattress is ridiculous. Also the store manager's sarcasm and arrogance was unnecessary.

Very satisfied
We went in with a particular product in mind and we spoke to staff within the shop who were extremely helpful, along with other staff members who helped they’re colleague overcome a problem they encountered which helped her continue with the sale to a satisfactory end. We have shopped their before and always found staff very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
