Staff in shop were excellent and friendly but the delivery has not happened.
Promised delivery on 27th text on 24 th said they would e mail info to us on the 26th but a day later they said delivery would be 18 th of the following month.
We had got rid of our old bed so now these 2/octogenariatons have to rough it for 3 weeks .

We were hunting for a bed but had no clue exactly what we wanted. The salesman showed us to a computerised bed that takes your measurements body type and works out the sort of bed that suits you individually. He then showed us around the sales room where we could try out the various types of bed. We made our choice by the end of the visit. Arrangements made for delivery, we emptied the room, and they put the bed together very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Took about 2hours. No mess was made and all packaging was removed. Staff at the shop and the fitters who delivered were kind and understanding. Would highly recommend Dreams of Trowbridge and would definitely use them again. Thank you.

An all-around excellent experience, from sales room to delivery (and the matress seems rather good too).

Mike in sales was extremely helpful and didn't use any pressurising or upselling sales techniques, just straightforward advice, and then left me to try everything out in my own time.

The delivery chaps Kieran and Drew were equally helpful. I was running late and they did warn me they were ahead of schedule, so they dropped off the matress a bit earlier than expected. I missed them, but from what I was told they went above and beyond what was needed and were very professional.

I'm not great when leaving reviews, but this may be one of the best experiences I've had with a company in recent memory, so I was more than happy to recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience at Dreams. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and showed me how the storage lift-up bed works, which made me feel very confident in my choice. I was so excited about my beautiful new bed! At the end, I also enjoyed a delicious coffee, which was a lovely touch. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience — highly recommended 😊

Very helpful staff in store and at delivery. Mattress is everything I hoped for! So helpful to get assessed in store and try out so many options.

The manager from Trowbridge Dreams, went out of his way to find me the perfect double bed mattress. I did the lay-down test, where my sleep patterns are monitored. Then he gave me enough time to "feel" different mattresses in the category for my firmness level. He had patience with me all the time. He is a super good manager, really. When the mattress was delivered, it was done professionally and with friendly support. I can't say one negative thing. It is the second time that I have bought here and once again, it proves that I shouldn't look at any other place for beds or mattresses. A huge thank you from a super satisfied customer.

Friendly sales team with excellent knowledge. Delivery was on time with fitters assembling our new bed within fifteen minutes!

Had a fabulous experience at Dreams Trowbridge with Charles (and James). Initially went in to have a sleep assessment, which was very good and a great insight into what I needed from a bed. Charles was very patient and explained all the options available and we've landed on a great choice. Genuinely can't wait to be sleeping better once everything arrives! Thank you!
