Great experience from start to finish. In store Dreams were great and the guys that delivered and constructed the bedframe were friendly, quick and professional.
Only downside was waiting over 3 weeks for delivery etc

Exceptional service from Elizabeth and Amira. This is the second time in 4years I’ve purchased a superking mattress from Dreams at the same store location due to their friendly, knowledgable staff and quality products. Interestingly the mattress Amira suggested before my husband and I tried the mattress diagnosis tool turned out to be the number 1 mattress in the match results. We loved it and purchased it. Thank you again! We opted for a firm with a pillow top for luxurious comfort as our current Medium feel Therapur ActiveGel has started sagging. We purchased the additional warranty to cover the new mattress, should this happen again in another 4 years.

Great service and lovely staff, glad i went there in as they really helped me purchased my draws at 25% - thought I would have been critical but I was wrong.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner as we entered the staples corner store. As Ian welcomed us he told us that he will find everything we need, he offered us drinks whilst we waited for our daughter to try out the mattress machine which was great as she picked the perfect mattress to support her body.
Ian found everything we needed for our daughters new room, we ordered everything, we were given a confirmed date only a week away, was all so easy.
Ian is a very kind, polite man his customer service skills are truly exceptional, you can see he really enjoys his job and making the customer feel valued and happy.

The mattress what we purchased is very comfy. Delivery was as per agreement, the guys who delivered were polite.

Nada helped my partner and I to purchase a mattress, bed frame and head board. She was highly knowledgeable, very friendly but most importantly, consultative whilst really listening to our needs. She gave us space to have conversations with us and didn't make us feel suffocated or pressured in any way. Nada is an asset to your company!

We paid a visit to the Staples Corner branch of this company on 12th October. We came by car to this site as public transport to it from where we live is not at all convenient. We drove into the shopping mall's car park. We chose to go there as there were several companies located in this mall which were of interest to us for shopping for bedroom furniture and bedding, including mattresses: Dreams, Bensons, Dunelm ... .

Whilst service to us in the store was good. We were able to try several mattresses during our visit to Dreams' store, but it took time to try them all out.

Our shopping visit and experience to that mall that day was a disaster for us. We exceeded the allowed 3 hours of parking time at this mall. A week later we received a Parking Charge Notice from Highview, the company managing the shopping mall's car park. They sent us a bill for £100, with severe legal threats if we did not pay it.

If this is how we are treated as genuine and potential customers to a shopping mall exercising our right to inspect the potential goods we might want to buy from a supplier of those goods, then as a consumer we have decided never again to use this shopping mall if this is the kind of treatment we get when we visit such a shopping mall.

The stores located in this mall are responsible for the policies operating and affecting customers when customers visit their stores. If this is how customers are treated then all I can say is that I will never use this shopping mall again. I hope others heed this. I expect if there is a significant loss of business to these stores because I have warned others of the conditions operated by the owners of the land where these stores are located, then I hope the stores' managers and owners will approach their landlords telling them to change their parking practices.

1) If there are going to be CCTV cameras at the entrances and exits to the car parks at these kinds of shopping malls then there must clear signs indicating that they are being used. I believe this the law, I don't remember any such signs at this shopping mall.

2) Shopping takes time when purchasing items such as mattresses. 3 hours is not enough.

3) A system whereby a customer can offer to pay for the extra time required to shop at a mall of this type should be introduced. The "fine"/"charge" for exceeding the allowed time is more than excessive and downright daylight robbery.

This company has been trying to escape responsibility for this complaint of mine by saying that parking in and at the shopping mall is not their responsibility, but the responsibility of the owner of the land where they have located their store.

Of course they are vicariously and morally responsible for the means by which customers come and can make a visit to their stores including driving to them.

Very warm friendly staff took the time to make it personal

From the minute I came into your store in staples corner I felt comfortable and knew I was going to buy a bed there. The service from the young man I got was impeccable. I have a disease call CES which affects the spine and nerves this man showed me every bed and pillow he could possibly could and I did end up buying the bed the pillows and I also bought a duvet cover.
And then the delivery was excellent the guys were fast polite and left no mess I am over the moon with my bed thank you.

Excellent service! The whole process from the initial visit to delivery was pleasant. Riz (sales agent) took time to understand my needs and advised on the best product. Great delivery and financing options. Thank you Riz (p.s sorry for the delay).

Great product … easy Experience shopping at Dreams friendly assistant

Great service all around from the store persons to the delivery men. Friendly all around and were knowledgeable.

The store offers a good variety of products and the assistant who helped us went the extra mile to find out exactly what we needed. She explained the reasoning behind her recommendations, stayed available the whole time to answer questions and at no time did we feel rushed. We had done a lot of research and looked at other retailers and feel confident about our final choice.

The sales lady Amira at Staples Corner branch was a delight and truly professional. Greeted us with a smile upon entry to the store and offered us a cold drink before explaining the sleep match machine. She was so patient and kind and explained clearly and concisely. No pressure sales and completely gave us her full attention. Wish all sales reps were like her.
