I recently used the St Helens store to purchase a bed,the young gentleman that assisted us James was so helpfull and new what he was talking about,he made it so easy for us,and I have been trying to change the delivery date online,it was so awkward so I rang the store I went to today and another gentleman called Ashley was helpful and sorted it for me in seconds,I can’t recommend this store or these 2 gentleman highly enough

There was no pressure selling tactics so that why I chose to buy off the salesman.

From walking into the shop to getting the delivery everything was perfect the guys that did the delivery where very helpful and friendly they Evan brought the date a week earlier than predicted would have no problem using Dreams again

Friendly - full of info- allowed me to try in private - explained how they are made and why - explained the 100 night policy - loved buying the bed - was dreading it

I visited Dreams in St Helens to buy a TV bed. On my arrival, I was met Kevin, who provided me with an excellent customer experience. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable about the specific product that I wanted to buy, providing me with his expert insight not only on the bed, but on the perfect mattress for me! The bed arrived in less than 7 days and the delivery team were amazing too, assembling and installing the bed in less than an hour. I'm extremely happy with my bed and it was the perfect customer experience - thank you!

Went above and beyond to help find the mattress that was perfect for us. It is a fantastic mattress for both of our needs which i thought would be impossible!!

From start to finish the team in St Helens were fantastic! They gave us time to explore the beds in the shop without being harassed, they give us advice/ information when asked and also explained the process. Within the delivery time we had a problem with the date we chose which again they were very helpful with! The bed was delivered with no problem, it was well packaged with easy instructions ! The delivery driver also pointed us to the video instructions for if we did struggle. The bed is perfect too! Well worth the money 🥰

Helpful but not pushy salesman,he was knowledgeable and not over friendly. I bought a Tempur mattress and the difference between this and others was explained, really helpful that removal of old mattress was offered free. Quick efficient delivery on time with pleasant delivery men.

Buying our mattress was a ‘dream’. From entering the store and being greeted by a lovely, knowledgeable member of staff. She put us totally at ease and was so attentive and helpful. After making our choice the delivery and everything was arranged and explained in full. We were updated with our delivery date. Then just prior to delivery we were advised of our time slot. Delivery was right on time and made complete by courteous, well dressed, well mannered delivery guys.
A great experience from start to finish. And excellent goods too. They even took our old mattress for disposal

I have already left a lengthy description of my wonderful experience at the Dreams store in St. Helens, however I felt it important to post here as well.

Another post is necessary because when you recieve the level of service offered with enthusiasm, kindness and empathy by Toni and James it demands recognition.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care and they gave to me and all the customers who visited on that Friday mid morning.

All retail outlets depend on their staff to meet customer expectations only a few exceed them, make a real difference, and promote true customer loyalty.

If you are beginning your journey and struggling to make sense of the bewildering arry of mattress with so many claims it is important you are able to try before you buy.

Of course you can order a matress online. It may well have brilliant subjective reviews, it may have caught your attention in a video review where it changed the life of the reviewer, it may also come in a nice box. But how will you really know it will suit you size, sleep position, aches and pains and budget? You have to be able to compare for yourself; you have to get impartial advice.

That is why a visit to Dreams (specifically, in this instance, the St. Helens store with Toni and James) to make an informed decision regarding one of the most important purchases you will ever make.

The was no pressure in my visit, just honesty, time an I ended up a highly satisfied customer. So delighted, that I was compelled to post here, Google and also contact customer services in order to insist the service all the customers recieved was properly recognised.

I ended up with a Tempur mattress but it could easily have been a Sealy, a Silentnight, a Flaxby or a Dreams own brand. I was given the time and advice that is essential and only available because I shut my laptop and made the short trip to a bricks and mortar store with dedicated staff.
