Lovely Bed. Really comfy,

Great customer service both in the shop and with the delivery. Paid to have it put together and they were brilliant. The beds are competitively priced and would recommend this store

Very friendly and helpful staff and delivery was on time

Delivery was uneventful, smooth as you like. With some very helpful advice from the delivery guys too. The assembly was easy and the divan base looks really good.

Wonderful customer care. Very pleased to know that the bed could be delivered and assembled at our chosen date.

There was a lot of effort at the staff who attended to ensure a good fit. A lot of patience was put into testing various options.

I and my husband are enjoying our new mattress.
Just like magic, my back ache is gone. The pillows are medium firm but I think a softer one would have been better, but this is my fault though.
I highly recommend Tampur mattress for anyone who cares about their back.
I had a 10 percent discount which I am grateful for.
The staff are wonderful, they offered me water to drink (in my culture, whoever offers you water to drink, offered you life) So thank you dreams for giving me life 😊

Friendly and helpful

My bed is wonderful. The structure of the bed would last a life time, and the upholstery is amazing. I cannot fault the bed at all. The mattress is wonderful for my back. Thank you so much for a dream bed.

A really good customer experience in shop with the team and clearly the 'interactive' bed that you try for your optimum mattress setup works well as the bed we have is comfortable.
I'm still debating whether two narrow single mattresses really is the way to go and that may be the stumbling block but that could be easily sorted in the sleep guarantee I presume.

You kept in touch with us from the beginning of the delivery date until the delivery day. Your timing was perfect and the bed was fitted in less than 20 mins.

In store assistant was very helpful and patient. Ordering was simple, and I could choose the delivery day, and whether it would be morning or afternoon. The delivery of my items was on time and the lads who delivered were brilliant - very efficient and polite, and put covers on their shoes each they came in the house so they didn’t mark my carpets. Really impressed with the whole experience.
