Steve from the Northampton Branch was extremely helpful as soon as I entered the store. I was greeted,he offered me the sleep match service, and put a pillow on the bed to see the comfort. My daughter was thirsty so he made her a drink and was extremely friendly and pleasant throughout. Thanks Steve for a great experience

Very friendly staff member, Gary, let us peruse mattresses, and then helped us with excellent knowledge of every mattress we tried. Nothing was too much trouble, provided us with water, and explained everything fully.

We bought this bed for my son’s room
We bought this bed for my son’s room, he said it was really comfortable especially as the price was reasonable.
Sales assistant was really helpful and nice.

Went to look round and ended with me bed, mattress, pillows, mattress protector and a Quilt.
Lots of beds and mattresses to see at Dreams. Salesmen were helpful but not overpowering. They were available to assist and explain how the mattress opened for storage. Also told us about the reduced mattress prices of their demo mattresses. We got a really expensive mattress at a reasonable price. To clinch the sale we were offered a mattress topper, 4 pillows and a 10.5 tog quilt.
Delivery went very smooth and bed put together, all packaging taken away. Shoe covers used at all times and men were very efficient and polite.
A pleasurable experience for once while shopping. Only went in to look for a replacement bed for 2nd bedroom.!

Superb Service !
I purchased a mattress in November last year with the help of a Charming Dreams Employee in Northampton St. James Branch. I could not forget his name, Steven. He approached us kindly as me and my partner came in to the store as he offered us the sleematch to experience, alongside valuable information about all the mattresses we were testing out. Steven listened actively to our needs and he understood we were after a specific mattress. When we found it, i couldn’t have been any happier ! I also needed 2 pillows to complete the set, and of course, Steven was on the ball and his recommendations were just what we were looking for! Steven made our first experience at Dreams enjoyable and relaxing, he offered us drinks too which we highly appreciated! Me and my partner didn’t feel like we were shopping at all, instead it felt like a warm and humorous chit chat. The experience could not have been better !!!

We always have a great experience at Dreams Northampton, wouldn't go anywhere else
We always have a great experience at Dreams Northampton, which is why we keep going back there. Our last visit was on 29th January 2023 when we purchased a king-size bed and headboard. We were expertly assisted by "Little Gary"(his description, not mine - Big Gary is the Store Manager), who demonstrated several makes of bed in the King-size range. We took advantage of the Stores Sleepmatch machine, which was agreat help in making our decision. The bed was delivered on 1st March by Steve and Shane, who did an excellent job of putting it all together for us.
An all-round excellent experience, can't recommend Dreams Northampton highly enough.

Amazing service
The shop assistant, Birgit, could not have been more helpful. Probably the best service I’ve had anywhere. The mattress has been extremely comfortable and I now look forward to going to bed every night. I’d highly recommend Dreams to everyone.
