Mattress purchase
Very friendly and informative staff, especially Angelica who served us. Given a cup of coffee whilst the paperwork was done which was a nice touch. The delivery went very smoothly and the men were very polite and respectful.

So happy with my purchase, we were looking for a mattress and a bed and fortunately we went to Dreams in Newbury we met Angelika who showed us the best quality of all beds and mattresses, gave us a lovely coffee, and great customer service. We just bought all!

Helpful knowledgable staff and timely delivery

The Newbury Dreams store were great in assisting me finding the best mattress for my needs. With the sleep match technology available in store and the kind, attentive staff I was able to purchase a mattress to suit my budget and needs. They did not try and hard sell products but gave me enough information and time to make my own informed decisions. There were distractions for kids in store and toilet facilities and little touches like being offered refreshments made the trip more relaxing.

Good bed frame, mattress and good looking

We purchased a divan and a mattress in store where we had chance to compare various items. Staff was very helpful and gave us a discount as well as few freebies. The goods were delivered on the day we chose. Very happy with the purchase and the price we paid. Great experience overall. Highly recommend.

Bethany was very helpful in helping us to chose our new bed frame and mattress. She listened to our requirements and took her time to explain options that she thought would be appropriate. Bethany was very patient and offered us drinks whilst we considered our options, she was very friendly and we felt very comfortable and with no pressure to make a purchase. The automatic bed firmness calculator was superb and made the process of buying the right mattress much easier.

Staff were fantastic and nothing was to much, bed arrived and the delivery guys were fantastic, the only issue we have with the bed is that it's very warm and we were told that it was a breathable mattress

From purchase to receipt it couldn’t have been better. The experience in the store of choosing the correct mattress was definitely correct as we’ve never slept better. It was delivered exactly as planned. The storage facility under the mattress is very useful. It looks great & feels great.
