Only had the bed just over a week and seems like I will be happy with it
However when delivered,the 2 men thought it was ok to leave many staples sticking out around the base and a couple of staples on the carpet..... not impressed, covering the bed could have cut me and/or ripped my bedding and I had to remove them all carefully myself.better attention to detail on delivery required.....they seemed in to much of a hurry.

Very helpful staff and good experience in choosing a new bed and matress. Delivery was very quick and efficient, taking away our old bed and matress. One minor issue was the the size of bedding recommended for our new Tempur matress was standard 25cm deep fitted sheets, however these were not deep enough and we had to get more new sheets 30cm deep which fit much better. Communication throughout was excellent.

The efficient and pleasant service whilst ordering in store, and the excellent delivery staff who were punctual, very helpful and polite.

Up until I brought my new matress I was having really bad nights. Waking up with a bad back most mornings. Now I don't want to get up as I am having a wonderful sleep. Well done Drams!

My son, daughter and I visited the Milton Keynes dreams and were helped to find a new bed by Shani. She was really helpful, friendly and showed us various beds and mattresses and answered our questions as she seemed to know much about the bed we were looking for. So we were pleased with her help.

After the scanning machine recommended the type of Mattress we purchased, it does indeed appear to be a good choice.

We selected the mattress we wanted, easily, by simply lying on a few! I am disabled and my husband is not which means we have different mattress issues ie I prefer firmer & he is softer. We selected the mattress type and the salesman came over. He sjowed us the "mattress machine"(I forget what its called!), the machine analysed us and suggested the mattress we had selected!😊 It was easy to order & pay for! We were shown how to change delivery day (I asked this). We left the store happy with our choice.
Delivery was easy & prompt. The new mattress was laid on the bed with the plastic covering taken away. It had to "rest" like this for a few hours, thenmade up with sheets etc. Easy peasy😊-just as I like!

Easy quick and delivered on time

I felt completely comfortable with the staff and it was helpful that what was suitable for me was all worked out before we began to look and try things out. There was no pressure and no rush. Delivery was quick and easy and on time.So far allis well.Thankyou.

Excellent and friendly service from Dreams.
We wanted a Kingsize bed . We visited the store and was shown a machine that mapped out how we lay on a mattress.
Took delivery of new bed a few weeks later. Best nights sleep we have had in years. Definitely recommend Dreams .

We were assisted only when needed while browsing the store and received information from Lucy, who knew any details we enquired about, without any sales pressure.
Once decided we were sat down comfortably to place our order and Lucy checked availability and delivery date confirmed.
The order arrived exactly as advised and the delivery people were polite, courteous and treated the packages with care.
The bed and mattress look great and good value.
