Make sure you give a delivery time that suits you as a customer at the time of purchase. Delivery was very efficient BUT too early in the morning.

Hi , my sofa chair does not click back into a sofa after using as a bed, till i move it forward and backward several times before it clicks in place for use as a sofa again. Very disappointing and worrying as the must be a problem with the mechanism.
Secondly, the left hand leg to turn sofa into a bed is not straight so i have problems with it.

This company are doing an excellent job with customers buying beds, pillows, bedding etc. Their product knowledge, and individual needs assessment was brilliant and they were exceptionally patient, friendly and efficient. Thank you Hayley and come on Management - replace the coffee machine!!

Always purchased beds that were cheap on facebook or little bed stores, mattresses that caused back aches or pains in the morning. I wanted to explore ways to reduce these pains and have a healthier sleep. Changed my pillow numerous times. When I spent £40 on a pillow it to me felt like it was made of gold. I thought a £40 pillow best thing ever. In time this became the problem to my neck pains, I would resolute to moving the pillow out of the way.
Came in to dreams with my wife and used the machine with one of the representatives and laid on a couple of beds, the ottoman super king Cloud bed with the Tempur pillows just made us sink in. Felt incredible. The price was expensive so we walked out, eventually after vising the next bed shop and seeing the prices fairly similar we didn’t want to miss out on it. We turnes back in and bought it. Waited 3 weeks for the bed to arrive, Once it arrived the first day felt wierd. This bed was friggin huge and the size of the mattress would sink you in. Honestly it was good! The first 2 days my aches were still there but when I wake up in the morning now I have that don’t want to get out of bed feeling. I think more of this is because of the comfort of the actual bed. Waking up feeling fresh with no aches. Whether it be this bed or another, Dreams is what helped me get through this stressful period of bed hunting. I’d recommend you to give them a go too

Very good service both in the store & by the delivery/ installation team. Excellent value bed & mattress in the Sale.
Only complaint is with the ‘Customer ServiceTeam’- I contacted them to arrange payment for the bed installation service ( which I added on at a later date). In the process I noticed that the final letter of the delivery postcode was incorrect & pointed this out to the assistant. She insisted that this constituted a change to the order& as such would have to rearrange the delivery date to 2+ weeks later. She was rude & unhelpful.

Lovely lady helped me at Crown Point shop and I now have a very comfortable double for my grandchildren when they come to visit.

Bought a bed and mattress from Dreams and we love it so comfortable and well made, really good service from start to finish would recommend 😊

Our in store experience was made super easy thanks to Hayley and the team. Our order arrived a few weeks earlier than expected, and the couriers were professional and friendly. The instructions to assemble the bed were clear, we are very happy with our new bed and mattress. The colour and finish are great. Very happy with the matching blanket box too.

From choosing the mattress in store to delivery and removal of the old mattress, the service was excellent. As soon as entering the store we were offered a drink.The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Able to try out several mattresses in our price range.Delivery went very smoothly. Delivery men wore overshoes to protect our carpets.Placed the mattress in the required bedroom on the bed and removed the old mattress ( paid extra fore old mattress to be taken away). The delivery time slot was 2 hours unlike a lot of companies were you have to wait in morning or afternoon.
