Dreams - Leeds Crown Point Reviews 

We recently had to claim on our bed insurance. I braced myself for a battle but honestly Dreams and the insurance company have been so accommodating. The service both in store and on the phone from both companies has been outstanding. I can’t recommend Dreams enough. Thank you for quickly rectifying our issue in such a professional timely manner it’s so appreciated.

Really helpful, knowledgeable and genuine staff. Excellent range and olenty of product and finance options. Staff weren't pushy and were very welcoming.

Order and delivery time frames and online choice for delivery all great - delivery drivers were fab and caring with delivery - only downside was they gave us the wrong slats for the bed so had to come back later with the correct ones - probably a long day for them

Really love our new bed its amazing and the price is fantastic not had any problems from ordering to delivery absolutely perfect thanks dreams

Absolutely delighted with dreams from start to finish. Fantastic service and very helpful staff at the store , brilliant delivery chaps and arrived exactly on time. The bed is brilliant and very good quality, i would certainly recommend dreams Thankyou so much.

Leeds Crown Point staff are very nice. Not in your space all the time but very helpful when required. Nice laid back environment that did not feel like a pushy sale at any point. Good range of mattresses to try out too in store.

Such an enjoyable shopping experience, I wish they were all like this. Hubby and I desperately needed new mattress but had no clue what to get that would be best for our different needs. We were greeted by Andy who was warm and friendly and he explained how to use their in house mattress accessor machine that felt more like getting a massage. That was rather fun and then we got to test out mattresses based on the results and just like goldilocks we narrowed the options and found 'the one'. Andy instinctively knew when to give us space and when to come back for feedback, gave us hot beverages while we were mulling things over and generally made it very pleasant. 5☆ all the way Dreams.
Should also state that delivery and information provided was also awesome.

Very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable staff who provided information when asked and then left you alone to look at all the beds on sale.
With no pushy sales person hovering to make a quick decision.
There were ample choices and the purchase was straight forward the delivery was prompt with contact made by the driver, the bed placed in situ and the old one removed, careful manoeuvre of everything and they were also polite.
I would recommend Dreams beds to all family and friends for choice and value.

The salesman andrew at dreams crown point Leeds was excellent very knowledgeable and friendly, he was helpful from the beginning. Also the two men who delivered my mattress were courteous and helpful can't remember their names, they came 15th December

Katie the assistant was so friendly and knowledgeable that we bought a lovely bed and Mattress with a £850 of free pillows and bedding.

The sales assistant, Katie was a real joy and very knowledgeable about the products in store. She was Friendly and not at all pushy. She was also very patient.

The store was well laid out and nicely lit. And there was plenty of choice.
