Ordering a new adjustable bed from Dreams.
Donnie in the Inverness office helped us during three visits to the shop, to decide which of the range of Dreams products would suit us best.
When the bed arrived the fitters arrived at the time that had been agreed and were very helpful and set the bed up exactly as we wanted it.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service throughout the whole experience. Easy to book the 1 hour slot online. Customer Service Advisor was extremely pleasant and had all the knowledge necessary to make choosing the best mattess as easy as possible. There is plenty of time to get a 3D image of your best sleep position and to choose from the range of mattresses suited to you. The whole process from start to finish is so straightforward. Also was given a complimentary coffee. Collection of the old mattress and taking the new mattress in was all done within 10 minutes of delivery. The 2 delivery people were very polite, courteous and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Great staff at Inverness Store
Great staff at Inverness Store, helped us choose a bed and mattress. Delivery was going to be 5/6 weeks but they managed to deliver early. Fantastic fitting service when it was deliver 2 guys were polite, quick and tidy. Would certainly use Dreams again..

Fabulous product and great service.
Our bed and mattress are just fabulous. Very good quality and luxurious. Our experience with the Dreams team in store was first class. The gentleman who served us was thorough, patient and knew his stuff. He couldn't do more to help. Would highly recommend the shop for service and the products for quality.

Great service with great quality
Inverness Dreams Store staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Dave 'knew his stuff' and worked out the types of bed that would be suitable for a couple with different back/shoulder/knee ailments. The mattress was delivered on the day they promised, with courteous and careful delivery. The mattress wasn't cheap but it is an investment in our health. Waiting to see if our sleep improves permanently before giving it 100% - having 100 days to try out the mattress makes the purchase less risky. Very impressed!

Choosing the correct mattress is not always easy. You have to choose the most suitable one you can afford. We were given excellent advise and there was no rush to choose or buy. We were given lots to choose from and given the space to come to our own decision. I would recommend Dreams
