The bed is of sturdy construction but the remote control is very cheap feeling/looking and awkward to use.
The led lighting is fine apart from under TV which shines straight out at you and I have now disconnected this.
Also this LG 43" TV's aerial socket faces straight out the back of the TV so a 90 degree bend adapter is required which is not supplied.
Basically if I had known of these issues prior to purchase I would definitely not have bought this particular model of bed.

Having reviewed various adjustable beds I settled on Dreams 800I.
My visit to the Inverness branch was so enlightening and stress free,after trying out my choice of bed I made a purchase there and then..
The whole process was completed in less than 30 minutes.
Delivery time was excellent and the team who installed my bed were ahead on time,very courteous and professional beside being extremely tidy.
After almost two weeks my sleep pattern is settled...My circulation is greatly improved by morning and evening use of the massage facility..
The various functions and positions are easily selected with the remote control..Zero Gravity is truly a great position.
The usb charging points and the underbed lighting all enhance the experience with this bed.
In a nutshell,I'm one very happy customer.

Excellent service both in store and from the delivery team, who arrived on time, built the bed and tidied up after themselves. All polite, friendly and represented their company well.

Plenty of information online and staff as always are helpful have good information in store. Delivery was on time and staff polite and efficient. They set up the bed quickly and took away the old bed.

No hassle said a time and they where there,took it up stairs and took the cover away all in about ten minutes

From the moment we entered the store to the day my mattress was delivered the experience was excellent. A few days after I ordered my mattress I noticed it had been reduced further the sale , it was already half price so I contacted Dreams and they refunded a further £110 within 7days excellent customer service

The assistant in Dreams was very polite and helpful in every way couldn’t ask for more. Would absolutely go there again for our next mattress. After our bed frame is delivered 👌 they offer a lovely hot drink.

Had a great visit to the dreams showroom in Inverness, Donnie was great. Helped us find exactly what we wanted and wasn’t the typical pushy salesman which is what sold it for us! Great offers and sales on. we had originally planned on buying king size but we went with super king as there was great savings to be made. Bonus is both bed and mattress is delivered in 5 weeks. Would highly recommend!

I had a couple of questions about my recent mattress purchase, i.e. use of mattress protector and strong chemical smell from the mattress. Called and spoke to Tracy the manager. She immediately went on the defensive, talking in an agitated manner, butting in and talking over me, just generally rude. I Came off the phone feeling as if I had been in an argument about nothing because of her lack of interpersonal skills.

Was allowed to look round the store at the different bed frames, to get a feel for what was available. Help was always close by, but sales assistant let us take our time and helped with useful advice. Bed machine was useful to help choose mattress. Service was excellent. Now looking forward to delivery of new bed.

I found ordering by phone and the delivery of my new mattress by an agent (I live on an island!) all very straight forward and would recommend this company as being reliable and helpful.
