Great service when buying a mattress. The sleep scan system narrowed down the choice of mattresses to my weight, body shape etc. Tried 3 mattresses and chose one within minutes. Plus the Sale and extra 10% off made my day. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful, even offered a coffee! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

The staff in the Farnborough store were very friendly and helpful, as were the delivery guys. My mattress was delivered on the day as arranged. Comfy Maidstone mattress with 50 % off.

Great experience, had a really helpful man serve us in store & helped explain the different mattresses & pick the best one for our sleeping positions. Fast forward to delivery, again 2 very helpful men, very friendly. My new mattress is spot on, best night sleep I’ve had in years, glad I listened & invested a little more.

the assistant in the shop was very customer focussed, listened to what we had to say, we were buying for my husbands mother who is very frail and can not get out to the shops her self, the assistant showed us several beds and advised us on what she felt would fill i needs, we purchased on she recommend and my mother in law is extremely pleased with the purchase, she is very comfortable and is having some of her best nights sleeps in a long time so win win all round.

In store was good right from being greeted through the unexpected mattress use assessment machine to the trying out of options and closing of the sale. The delivery crew pair were likewise friendly, helpful and effective. What lets the operation down and means only 3 stars overall is the lack of joined up thinking and, most importantly, action by the logistics/warehouse/stock management part of the process. A mattress protector hadn't been available in store to take away when the purchase was agreed; and rather than it being posted out the next day so that it was here ahead of the bed and mattress being delivered as arranged the next week so that everything could be used from the off... it took the delivery crew saying that they weren't due to bring the protector with them along with the base and mattress, and so an avoidable call to the store that triggered it being another couple of days before a thankfully suitably packed protector arrived (left on rain soaked step outside the front door, in plain view and so at risk of "walking"): the protector finally being here meant that the whole purchase was and so the bed first used within the terms of the 100 night trial.

We went to Dreams in Farnborough and the service was truly exceptional. We picked a mattress tailored to our bodies and sleeping habits. We are very much enjoying it now :)

I dealt with Glen in farnborough Dreams, because I had called in a month prior and he had a great attitude. I needed the bed on an exact day as I was coming from abroad and would only be at my house for a day. So I phoned the store and made the order through Glen so that I would have someone to follow up with in case there were issues. However, there were none, the bed arrived exactly when scheduled on the correct day. It was installed/assembled by two knowledgeable and polite guys who were super efficient. The bed and mattress is of excellent quality and no complaints, especially after buying over the phone on the advice of Glen with testing it. After moving house and dealt with various large furniture companies for different items, dreams was by far the best. A big thank you to all involved.

Good customer service and great deal.
I purchased a tempur coolair single mattress of medium firm strength to help with support following full hip surgery. I tested it before purchase and availability came early then expected. I was even provided with 2 temper pillows for free. The items were delivered and fitted in my bedroom and my old one taken away for recycling with ease.

Good service in store whist making the purchase. Appeared very knowledgable. Bed and Mattress arrived, walls were scuffed up the staircase. One of the double USB ports doesn’t work. Reported this in store to be told I need to report via website. I suggested I don’t need to do anything and it was for the store to report the fault as I had gone into the store.
