I was very impressed with the professionalism and depth of knowledge received. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and, with the help of the assistant, was able to make an excellent choice. I now can’t wait for my new bed to be delivered and know I will get a good nights sleep.

The entire experience start to finish was wonderful. Never realised just how important a mattress was but now l know after sleeping for 1 week on the mattress specially selected for us based on the mattress test. Never slept so comfortably. Thank you to the lady that helped us from beginning to end. Her name has left me but South African lady.

The shopping experience was excellent, the communication was excellent especially from the delivery perspective and especially so when the wrong bed got delivered the communication excellence kicked in, they worked overtime to rectify the situation. It’s always been my opinion that a company that handles complaints with diplomacy and care is deserving of high praise. I would highly recommend using this company.

From the expertise in the showroom, to the excellent delivery guys taking all my old bed away and building my new bed - it's been great. Couldn't have asked for better service. My new bed and mattress are perfect - I'm getting a great nights sleep now!

We were welcomed to the store when we entered the store.

Douglas explained to us the difference between the beds, so fixed headboards and the headboards that are move up and down. He also went through the different in prices.

Douglas then let us have a look around without be hassled, with the information we had been given to begin with, we were abke to find the bed we were after very quickly.

We walked into the store with no idea what we needed, all we knew was a new mattress was our aim. Once Douglas Graham the sleep specialist had found us he took all our stresses away with his fab product knowledge and down to earth character. We looked at a few options and then he showed us the tempur mattress range and this blew our minds. My partner nearly fell asleep in the showroom lol. We then purchased a Tempur mattress and matching pillow each and left with a cuddly mascot for the bed. Thanks so much for all your help Doug you are a star!!

Excellent quality product and expertly put together by the assembly team, Marc and Dorian, these guys were brilliant, couldn't do enough for us! Marc & Dorian took great care with their work, very thorough, polite and did an excellent delivery & assembly job.

Hannah was very knowledgeable on all the products both mattresses and pillows that we were looking for.
Overall serive in the shop was excellent.
Delivery time of1 week was also great and early morning.

Helpful staff who were happy to explain the various mattresses. We didnt feel that we were hurried.

Bed arrived on time within the window given, with a call about to say they were 20 mins away. Very respectful & courteous delivery team. No issues what so ever. Happily recommend Dreams.
