I recently purchased a bed and mattress from Dreams , and I am extremely happy with my experience.

The quality of the bed and mattress is excellent. The mattress is very comfortable and supportive, and since I started using it, my sleep has improved a lot. The bed looks beautiful, feels strong and well-made, and fits perfectly in my room.

The delivery process was smooth and professional. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the whole experience from ordering to delivery was easy and stress-free.

Really comfortable beds highly recommend Dreams for ideal bed assessment, good value and efficient delivery.

We have visited East Sheen Branch (London) on Tuesday (11-11-2025) and received a written quote for 4 king size beds with discounted prices.

This morning (14-11-2025) we visited again to finalise the purchase and the salesmen stated that the sale is over now, we now have to pay £1,300 more to complete the purchase.

He said, “a written PRE-ORDER CONFIRMATION means nothing, you need to pay the list price.”

This is how this company works. They do not honour their written quotes. Never trust them or at least double check and finalise the purchase at the store without checking other options.

After trying various mattress, I was invited to try the Sleep Match mattress finder. This 3d fit technology really worked offering three options. After trying all tree I selected one and was told I had 100 nights to try it and if not satisfied could exchange it. I have had it for a month now and it has lived up to its claim and is giving me a good nights sleep. Thoroughly recommend.
