Well informed about products without being pushy
We are very happy with the service provided in Dundee! In the shop, Stewart help us to decide the best bed and mattress for our needs. Allowed us to take an informed decision without pressuring us to select a particular product. A dedicated person like Stewart makes all easier! We are very happy with the delivery too. We received notifications about the time of the delivery. The items were very well protected. With such a nice experience, I am more inclined to think about renovating other mattresses!

Excellent service, delivery and product.
From the great guy on the phone in Dundee to the excellent delivery guys, Dreams have been outstanding. I waited until I have had this for a week for fair review, it has been fabulous. I thought very firm at first but after second night I'm out like a light and my back thanks me in the morning. Spot on delivery and very well packaged. Highly recommend Dreams and this mattress.

We had lots of help when we visited the Dreams store in Dundee. All the different types of beds and mattresses were explained fully. We also had help in choosing a headboard. We felt that we made the best choice we could thanks to a very pleasant and efficient sales person.
Delivery was arranged to suit us. The team who delivered and constructed the bed were very friendly and helpful and also very efficient in their work.

Your service was excellent in every way. Your salesman, Matt, in Dundee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about his product and put no pressure on me to buy. Allowed plenty of time to choose.
