The mattress came without bulky packaging and sleeping on it a few nights was weird but comfortable. Not too firm or soft. It dips in where the buttons are but I am sleeping well and so happy with my purchase. I have had the mattress for 20 days now. Will be buying another when there is a good offer.
You can flip it over and my previous mattress was shorter as I had got that online. This fits much better in my bedframe.

The delivery of two new mattresses and the collection of my old ones took less than 5 mins ,in and out ,we'll impressed .

Nina of Derby Branch suggested me value for money combinations of bed and mattress, they are in clearance and are in very good price. Without Nina's help, it's difficult for me to find them out.

The lady who severed me, Rihanna was so attentive. After I placed my order, I called the store to change my order from a single bed to a 3/4 bed. Again I spoke to Rihanna who was very patient and sorted it out over the phone. Thank you Rihanna.
The two lads who delivered and put the bed together were very courtesy and respectful.

Throughout manufacturing, Dreams kept us informed on progress and met the agreed delivery date
Installation team were on time, very efficient and did a great job of assembly and rubbish removal

A good experience from start to finish with very helpful and pleasant staff at the Derby branch and no pressure sales. We dealt with Paige who advised us to try the Sleepmatch to find the perfect mattress for us. She went the extra mile for us by putting the mattress we liked onto different bases to check the difference. On the day of delivery the guys were really quick, efficient and very pleasant and explained everything to us before they left. The mattress we chose was a Tempur airflow and we have found it very comfortable and supportive and because of the airflow system it keeps us cosy without getting overheated. All in all would recommend anyone in the market for a new bed to go to Dreams Derby branch!
