We had great service at dreams, not rushed or pushy and very informative. They give you the facts and let you decide for yourself but the bed sells itself... so very comfortable.

Everything from choosing, ordering and delivery was so easy and simple. No problems at all. Mattress took some getting used to, but is so comfy now.

We recently bought two mattresses from Dreams – one for our child and another for the guest room – and we’ve been really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose the right options without any pressure. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the drivers were professional and courteous. Both mattresses are incredibly comfortable – our child is sleeping better than ever, and guests have already commented on how well they’ve slept. Great quality, great service – we’d happily shop with Dreams again.

We called in at Dreams to buy a new mattress. We were greeted, asked our needs and directed to what we required. Finding one that suited, we were given pillows, so we could try it out. On decision to purchase, everything was explained and the sale was conducted in a professional manner and the price with pillows and insurance included was much lower than expected.

Delivered what they said they would when they said they would. Couldn’t ask for more. Good guidance in shop. Would use again.

Nina in the Derby store did a fantastic job of guiding me through the process and struck a great balance between doing that and allowing me time to make my own comparisons.

Although I outlined that I didn't expect this she was very patient and went the extra mile to complete the sale staying past her shift finishing time.

As a customer I felt like I had both made the right choice and got a good deal.

Nina was exceptional at the Dreams Meteor Centre outlet Derby. I would highly recommend this store for a huge selection of quality beds and mattresses with expert advice. Not at all pushy sales.

Great service from Dreams in Derby. They helped us choose the right mattress and bed there were 4 in total! Staff were very good.
They delivered and assembled the beds as well as take away the old beds and all of the packaging. The delivery guys were good and took care when bringing the beds in and the old ones out.
