Great all round service

I bought my previous mattress to my regret. I didn’t find it comfortable so I bought a topper which was an improvement. After 2 years I had a cash bonus so I sought advice at Dreams & bought a new mattress & my sleep has improved lots.

Polite expert advice and great customer service
Instantly approached and helped during my visit to the store. Polite and knowledgeable and took her time to explain the different mattress types, and answered the 100’s of questions that we had. In all a pleasant experience and we walked away with what we needed and an amazing few extras thrown in. Thankyou and well done.

Very helpful and knowledgeable friendly staff who clearly know their products and also very impressed that as much as possible is recycled which is important to me as a customer. The bed is fabulous and I am indebted to Chantelle for helping me choose the correct mattress for my back.

Great staff and mattress, poor quality bedframe
The staff in store were really helpful and friendly, not pushy either. The dream sleepmatch was great to find me a mattress.
The mattress i ended up buying is amazing, exactly I like tried in store. Very glad I spent a bit more for it.
However the bedframe I bought was disappointing. The metal inside the screw holes kept popping out when trying to screw into, meaning I had to bash them back in whilst screwing and one even left a buldge on the side of the frame. Feel a bit conned for the price point.
Overall, I would recommend a trip to the store and a mattress from dreams, but cannot unfortunately recommend the frames.

I'm enjoying my new mattress and it's been such a lovely experience, no hustle, smooth delivery and have a peace of mind that there's a guarantee of a good sleep.
The machine that scans you and recommends mattresses was fun and useful.

My new mattress is very comfortable
My new mattress is very comfortable. I have had no problems with it. The delivery service was very prompt and as agreed took away the old mattress. Overall I am happy with the service from Dreams.

Lumpy mattress
After using the sleep match bed we thought we had got the perfect mattress ends up now it’s very lumpy n exchange is only up to 30 days of which we spent 4 weeks away on holiday after the delivery so next move is spend more money on a mattress topper sad but staff as helpful as can be
after a phone call from Dreams today a lovely person name of Nick problems solved n he has said we can choose another mattress as he thinks the mattress is faulty so off to the shop next week let’s hope for better luck this time thank you Dreams
