Great service!
John the store manager gave us top notch customer service. After a few weeks of mattress shopping we were thrilled to purchase our new one with John. We’d been quite open about potentially purchasing a mattress from a different shop. John was the perfect gent, explained everything to us, took the time to understand our needs and wasn’t at all phased that we could potentially shop elsewhere after all of his efforts. It was very clear he wanted us to have the best mattress and not just to win the sale. We were so grateful for his time, knowledge and sales support.
