Was helped by an attentive and patient staff member when looking for a bed to purchase. I believe they put forward effort to help me find the right bed for me. Wide range of options from the store and I have no real complaints.

I received a text/and email telling me when to expect delivery and also a call 10 mins before the two guys arrived.
They were very friendly, polite and efficient.
Old bed base taken away along with wrapping.

Love my new Dreams Hudson 1000 Mattress. Thank you. Easy order process from start to finish. Ordered in person via the Dartford store. Lady on store rep was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about product ranges. She took the time to run through price comparisons and kiindly waited for me to try a few display models in the shop. I was able to choose my order date and arrange for my old Mattress to be recycled (at cost - but saved me hassle living on a 3rd floor flat with no lift). Delivery was well coordinated. I was kept informed of dates,times and Delivery driver names. Delivery team were professional,polite and efficient..couldn't have asked for better service. :)

Gave Dreams a review on their site, but because it was critical, it didnt pass moderation !!!
So don't recommend them.

The salesman greeted us very politely and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products that we were looking for.
He wasn’t too pushy but got a feel for our needs and guided us to the products that he felt would suit us.

The service we received from Reece in the Dartford store was exceptional. After using the sleep assessment machine we were given a pillow to try out the various mattresses. He was very knowledgeable about all the products. We bought an amazing bed for my sons new bedroom.

Having recently purchased a mattress from your Dartford store I must say that not only was I extremely pleased with the customer service. I am very pleased with the product, and have so far have been having some very restful nights. I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to Dreams bed stores. A very pleased customer.

The team were amazing answering my questions and giving reasonable advice on what to purchase! Happy with my decision in the end!
