Great service and recommendations

We bought our super king mattress from the Purley way branch and we were looked after excellently by Diana she was so good and knowledgeable.
The delivery of the mattress went well also with the guys "struggling" up our not to large stairs to place the mattress on the bed frame.
All in all a very good experience.

Dreams spent time helping us to choose a suitable and comfortable mattress - the test bed helped narrow things down then we only had to try a few before we knew which was right for us.
The two members of staff we spoke with listened and made good suggestions

Terrible customer service... l was ready to spend a few thousand pounds on a bed and or frame in Purley. Went in had to get the attention of several assistants just standing in the middle. I asked for natural mattresses and was literally just shown a finger pointing in the direction of them...the same again when l asked for natural fibre mattresses. I walked around ... had to ask for swatch of a bedbase... and also e experienced a young salesman busy on his phone. I have visited John Lewis, DFS, Benson, Next and other places for last few months searching and Dreams has to be the worst customer service!! Unlike the rest who really cared and gave first class service. Dreams won't be seeing my money. I did tell the manager and walked out.

I was originally extremely disappointed with dreams. trying to get through to store was a no no, I left 2 messages on their answer phone but no reply so I left a bad review, however, following the review a very helpful, lovely young lady (Leanne) contacted me and I can't express enough how apologetic and good she was, she was from customer services. She resolved my problem with an extremely happy ending and I am very grateful to her, it's such a let down for Dreams that you have to enter a bad review just to get through and speak to someone. Dreams sort this out!!

A visit to Dreams was a very good bit of shopping - excellent selection and service.
We got a very good sale deal on a new mattress, although we paid more for pillows and cover than we might at other stores

The service was exceptional from Diane in the store, to the rapid delivery by two very nice men. My mattress is so comfortable to sleep 😴 on.

quality of mattresses looked very good for comfort and workmanship including their own built branded mattresses

It was an easy and happy experience and got exactly what we wanted. The salesman was exceptional and so were the two “boys” who put it all together. In another ten years or so we will certainly use Dreams again (tee hee)
