Excellent advice in deciding what mattress would suit my needs.
Very friendly staff inside the sore but also the Gentlmen that delivered my mattress. Mattress arrived within the two hour allocated slot. The men were very thorough in checking the space where mattress was to be .They also gave good advice regarding mattress and care

I found the service at Dreams, Gallagher Retail Park, Coventry impeccable. From the time we entered the shop we were initially left to browse before a helpful young man came over.
Within an hour we had purchased a bed, This young man went all out to cater for our requirements.
It was a positive experience and I would recommend their services

Wasn't harassed, made up my own mind

Bought a gel mattress and ottoman base. Mattress is really comfortable sleeping much better already and less aches and pains. The ottoman base has loads of storage. Really pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a mattress from here recently and both Mark and Louise were absolutely amazing. I went to Dreams and didn't need to go anywhere else as Louise and Mark were able to sort me out with my Dream Mattress and also do me an amazing deal. I was respected and really looked after and Louise couldn't do enough for us. Thank you.

Mac at the Coventry Store helped us find our new forever TV bed. Great customer service and made sure to let us know anything and everything we wanted, offered us drinks also. Perfect for our needs and can’t wait for it to come.

I was stressed at the thought of taking my elderly parents into a shop to purchase a new bed, but the treatment we received the moment we walked in the store was above and beyond any of my expectations, could not recommend this shop highly enough, I would give the service 11 out of 10

We were introduced to Mac, he was very knowledgeable about the items we were interested in.
Mac explained the technical differences between brands, and answered all our questions with confidence. At no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase and we were left alone to take our time to make our decisions.
We made our purchase but not before being offered drinks and having good banter with Mac. The whole experience made a pleasant change to other pressure sales we have encountered elsewhere.

The staff at Dreams Coventry were fantastic even offered us a cup of tea/coffee. We tried out the mattress simulator to see which one would suit us best and I must say since having our new bed they got it right.
We paid to have it assembled the 2 guys were very courteous & in no time our bed was done. Thanks so much

The mattress is uncomfortable and has very little give, you feel like you are going to fall off the bed as it seems to taper out towards the edge. Not impressed at all!

The salesman at Dreams of Coventry made making a purchase an enjoyable experience; he was helpful without putting me under pressure, and took me through the purchase in a way that was helpful and professional.

Good experience from ordering to delivery and finally installing. Product quality good.
