When I ordered my lovely sofa bed, the staff in the shop was absolutely wonderful, could not fault them. When it was delivered the delivery men was good, they were very efficient and polite.

Friendly delivery team which made the delivery process so much easier. I had confirmation in the morning confirming when delivery was to be made. When the turned up they talked through the process and the whole delivery went smoothly.

The mattress is cotton, a very good price, I believe manufactured here in UK and it was delivered on the date and time they said. Can’t complain at all!!!

My son can't sleep on his new bed as it's so uncomfortable for him. Apparently we have to wait before we can getvit exchanged. It's unacceptable that the floor is more comfortable & we have to wait. I tried calling & I was on hold...told it would be 53 minutes before I could speak to anyone. Unacceptable unless you want to pay me my hourly rate.

Dreams contacted me after this review & addressed my concerns promptly. My son will now have his new mattress at the beginning on next week & they waived their delivery fee. I am happy with the outcome.

We were looking for a bed and worried that we would have to spend a lot of time looking around various stores before we found what we wanted (as we wanted a specific style of bed, as well a natural product quality mattress). Dreams was the first store on our list to visit and we were pleasantly surprised to end up buying the bed and mattress that we wanted without needing to waste time looking elsewhere. We were greeted on arrival and shown an example of the sizes of beds we wished to consider along with the location of the six natural product based mattresses that we could consider. As we were unsure of the mattress firmness to choose, we tried the ‘sleepmatch’ machine which helped inform us on our mattress choice, which, along with the 100 night Comfort Guarantee reassures us that we will not have made a very expensive mistake in our new mattress. We then had a free drink and the loan of some pillows so that we could try out the beds that were of interest. We were left in peace to test the beds that we were considering before concluding our deal with Lee, the Dreams sleep expert. We left the store happy with our purchase. Looking forward to some great nights of sleep in our new bed !!
