Arrived in the time slot allocated, in fact dead on at the start of 2 hour time slot.
Took his shoes off at door, carried both mattresses upstairs and left them where requested.
Had already taken old mattresses downstairs ready to take to tip, which was free for us living in Walsall, W Mids.
Helpful in shop, was going to have the old spring mattress, but after testing both out, decided on more expensive one.
Overall happy with mattresses now having them for 2 weeks, really comfortable.

Started giving us pelvis aches just after writing review.
Asked to exchange mattress which Dreams agreed to as still under guarantee.
When arrived to exchange it, they inspected old mattress and wouldn't exchange it as there was a stain on it, even though we had mattress protector on. We actually think it arrived stained as we had never noticed it even though we took the old mattress off the bed ready to be swapped.
Never took it away so had to buy a mattress topper, another £200, from another company.

Staffs spoken to at shop were very helpful and friendly carrying out all that was necessary to chose the correct product and delivery schedule.
This also applies to delivery staffs who did all that was required on the day.

The staff at Dreams were very helpful from the sales to delivery.

In store service was brilliant- I could not fault at all. Delivery was technically fine. I took off a star as the delivery driver moaned about my house for putting mattress up the stairs. The front door leads to straight stairs and bedroom just off stairs. Slightly lower ceiling above stairs meant mattress had to be carried at a 45 degree angle. The moaning was unnecessary.

From walking through the door of Dreams Cannock was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, their knowledge of the product and the product itself. I explained I wanted a mattress, and exactly what I wanted, Paul took me straight to the one I decided to purchase, it was perfect, I was shown others to make a comparison. There was no pressure, I was left to try anything I wanted but Paul was on hand to answer any questions I had. I only had to wait two weeks for delivery, which was excellent, I was kept informed at every stage, the delivery men were lovely, they took our old mattress away and the new one was put in its place. The new mattress perfect, and although there is a 100 day guarantee that if it wasn’t suitable Dreams would change it I have absolutely no need to take up this offer. I would highly recommend Dreams, their staff and their products.

I was very impressed with my experience of buying a new mattress at Dreams. The assistant I saw (Tammy) was friendly and knowledgeable and took me through all the options. After an initial assessment on the company's 3D testing bed, she guided me through the recommended options and explained the differences between them. She wasn't at all pushy and left me to spend some time looking around on my own as well.

I said I would need to go away and think about it, and duly returned a couple of days later when I saw another assistant named Sharon; she was also very helpful. I placed my order and the bed was duly delivered today at 10 am as promised. I also paid for the old mattress to be taken away and recycled, which was a weight off my mind (literally and metaphorically!).

Overall I found the experience of buying my new mattress at Dreams enjoyable and stress-free, even if I did end up paying a little more than I originally anticipated. But having tried the new one in the store, I feel confident it was the best one for my needs. I am happy to give Dreams my highest recommendation.

Nice friendly staff in the store also the delivery man we're on time and carried out duties efficiently and in a timely manner.

We were looking for a bed for mum. She is quite frail and suffers with breathing difficulties. We were looking for a bed/mattress with an electric lift/tilt mechanism to help raise her head and feet for comfort.
We had been to other shops and were immediately and pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting and the offer of tea/coffee on arrival. We were not rushed but we got immediate help even though the shop was quite busy on the Saturday morning.
We explained what we were looking for and the health condition of my mum and the assistant immediately made us feel at ease, with a genuine understanding of the situation.
We were shown around the lift beds and the options were explained clearly. We got to try the different beds and selected the frame and mechanism to suit.
The assistant spent considerable time with us, helping us to try and finally select the right mattress - the choices were vast - the knowledge and experience of the staff was amazing.
Delivery and price were spot on as we needed something delivering quickly, so the member of staff then spent a good amount of time making sure delivery was right.
I have to say the service was absolutely first class.

Really great experience in the Cannock store especially from Paul the store manager. Extremely knowledgeable and attention to detail in explaining the different factors and components of beds and mattresses. We were able to find a bed to suit our needs!

The manager knew sign language and could lip read, he was able to communicate with two death people and they had a satisfactory experience because of this they purchased a bed.

Our experience went okay too, we especially like the sleep easy thing.

We popped into Dreams Cannock to see how the bed-market had changed since we bought our last mattress 10 years ago for our Harrison bed bought many years ago. Technology has crept into the market and we allowed the machines to tell us what we needed to know. What thankfully had not changed was the warm, helpful and friendly staff..we were listened to and encouraged to make good decisions without any pressure. The delivery team were as helpful and courteous as the staff in store and worked efficiently and cleanly to deliver unpack and remove the packaging and the old bed and mattress.

Personalised service from knowledgeable staff. Made it easy to find a suitable mattress.

Brilliant bed looks amazing and is solid built and made we already had a dreams mattress so just ordered the frame we couldn't be happier this bed frame is great value the man who deliverd it was lovely too taking his shoes off and taking it to my room choice was very polite thank you
