Comfortable mattress and helpful delivery service

From start to finish it was a great experience, from going into store and they helping with what's best for my neck/ back. Then ordering on line was simple and finally arrival which they came a few hours before scheduled. They called first and when arrived it wasn't damaged anywhere from transport

I meant to mention that I purchased a Single Bed from Dreams in Dartford, Kent. The Staff in the Store and the Delivery Men were very helpful. Could not fault them at all.

Excellent service by Westwood Cross Branch. Delivered on time and put on bed. Michelle who dealt with the sale in the shop was excellent, helpful and provided great information prior to purchase to guide our choice.

I was greeted, invited to undertake a 'sleep match' check on the in store machine, received a coffee while viewing and purchased when a sale on, what's not to like???? Mattress a 'Dreams Swaffham' (Firm) very comfortable to boot!!

Update: It was a few weeks before the family moved in: it then became very obvious that the delivery guys were less than honest. The first bed we went to move the headboard fell straight to the floor where it had not been fitted. The bed was just pushed up against the wall so it looked fitted: on further investigation, the two headboard fittings (spiked) lugs were found inside the canvas of the bed, so there had never been any attempt to fit them, clearly, the guys installing the bed knew this... On the second bed, when we went to move this one, we found one of the rollers had broken out of the wooden bed base, presumably where they use very soft wood, not any type of hardened wood. All in all our next beds will not be coming from 'Dreams'

Excellent advice and service from customer manager

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but not in the least bit pushy. I have a chronic back problem and they spent a lot of time with us talking about the different mattresses and beds and then left us to decide what we wanted but made themselves available when we had questions. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you. PS the mattress we bought was very expensive but worth every penny as I now have more comfortable nights sleep than I've had in years.

Ordered medium double bed mattress explaining that I've had extensive spinal surgery and could not get comfortable anymore on my old mattress. Dreams delivered their new mattress - the delivery team were very good. However, the mattress is extremely uncomfortable and although I've only had it for 3 weeks I can feel individual springs digging in my back!
I shall ask for a replacement mattress not in the same category as the one they delivered.

The staff were very helpful from the time we walked in, until we left. They helped us decide what was the best mattresses to get, that was best suited to our needs.

Walked in to your store and the member of staff, (Connor) immediately gave my wife and I attention. Placed us on a computerised bed. Then we were educated about all the different options available to us.
The salesman (Connor) was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions and was happy to spend time on us. We didnt feel pressure at all. We went to another bed shop only to return promptly to buy the bed we favoured. Thankyou.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by a polite and very helpful young man. We talked through what we were looking for and the cost, sorted what we wanted in a short time and was given a delivery date. All said I would recommend Dreams and give the young man a 11/10.
