Absolutely amazing experience in the Bridgend store. I was taken through all the options and got to use the mattress finder tech in the store. I cannot tell you how much I love my new mattress after having a broken one for 2 years. Stellar service and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Our experience, from the moment we entered the store to the day our bed was delivered, was outstanding. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Johnathan was amazing—he was not only very knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful and approachable. Johnathan made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision, answering all our questions with patience and expertise. Honestly, what a great guy!

Also thank you to the delivery team, who were equally fantastic. Even though we didn’t catch their names, their professionalism and care in delivering and setting up the bed really stood out.

Very helpful retail advice. We were aloud to try several different mattresses and told of the benefits and drawbacks of each one. We were also given different payment options. Also you have 100 nights to try the mattress out and if you aren’t happy with it you can change it for another.

Customer service was excellent

The customer service from the start was really helpful from choosing the bed and the right mattress. They were very informative and never felt pressured into making a decision. We were moving house and had to keep moving the delivery date and they were so good in rearranging the dates. The day of delivery they arrived exactly on the time given and were very professional and polite. We absolutely love our new bed!!!! Thank you Dreams for the best night sleep!!!!

Excellent service from looking to buying . Baz served us a great guy explained everything about different mattresses. Polite and professional guy . We had a great deal and would definitely go back there again .

Happy with purchase but unfortunately my expensive mirror in hallway was smashed, I appreciate the mattress was big and heavy but should have been more careful

The assistant was very informative delivery and assembly was excellent.this is the second time I’ve bought a bed from dreams from the same assistant will definitely return.

Some washers were not the correct fit.
You literally have to pay for everything eg single bed is two pieces therefore two payments to remove i.e. mattress and base.
Not sure the actual mattress is the one I ordered. It feels much firmer.
Mattresses had obviously been in storage for months as plastic covering was thick with dust. And despite being in storage we still had to wait 2+ months for delivery.
Delivery guys were awesome could not fault them
Considering the price of the bed frames the quality was unexpectedly low.
Update 11.01.25 I was provided with an explanation. The costs involved in collection are a result of the cost involved in recycling/disposal. I have been given a £95 refund and asked to review my review which I am doing. Since my last review I am getting used to the mattress and I am finding it more comfortable. I think the change from a very soft to very firm mattress was a bit of a shock to the system at first. I d also like to add (which I forgot to add in first review) that the sales lady at Bridgend store was also awesome even staying a little after closing time to complete the order.
Originally deliver was scheduled for a month after placing the order but because I added collection of a single bed and mattress literally a couple of days after initial order this delayed deilvery by another month due to the change a couple of days makes to availability of delivery slots hence the 2+ month wait.

The Mattress turned up nicely wrapt. Sorted

We had the promise of two Tempur pillows when we ordered a Tempur mattress. They didn’t arrive with the mattress. We phoned Dreams of Bridgend and we were told to pop in store where the pillows were waiting our pick up. We were very pleased. The pillows were brilliant to sleep on as was the mattress. Well done Dreams of Bridgend.

Bought a new bed from dreams. Customers service was excellent. Had all my beds from there and very happy with them . They so comfortable. And they gave me 4 free pillows with purchase.

Reminded me of the old fashioned idea of serving making you feel welcome salesman offerings coffee or tea very gratefully received on a cold day.
Salesman also was product aware understood exactly what we needed ,Refreshingly great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sales said use take to any room, includes removal of packaging, mind you there is cost! Staff delivering only took off half the wraps. When the store was contacted, was told to contact customer services. No human, was invited to have call back. 3 days later call back, but it only rang for 15 seconds. No 2nd try, so back to square one. SO BUY IT, BUT DON'T PAY FOR EXTRAS. AFTER SALES SERVICE IS USELESS.
