For the life of me I can't remember but the lady who helped us in store at bridgend Waterston retail park was awesome from start to finish... she explained everything and and ultimately we decided to go with a tempura mattress... after sleeping on it for a few nights it's the best decision we've every made

I love our new bed and mattress. The team at Dreams in Bridgend were a dream to deal with! It was a challenge getting it into my Welsh cottage with a spiral staircase! It was the second attempt at delivery. The delivery men were very helpful even though they could not be a part of putting it through a window!!!

From the moment I walked into Dreams in Bridgend to the delivery of my bed, I cannot fault the service I received. The salesman (Sean) was outstanding. He knew everything about the beds, he wasn’t pushy but very pleasant and helpful. He’s a credit to the store. The delivery team were so professional, courteous and very helpful. I had a fantastic experience with dreams. Oh yes and of course! I love my new bed.

This is no Jack and the beanstalk story but we went out to buy a coffee machine and ended up with a new mattress!
We popped into Bridgend Dreams and were caught trying out the sleep match machine, Sean came over with the offer of drinks and explained the process, after learning about our science matched requirements we were soon testing the ultimate mattress, which was out of our price range, but Sean sourced an unused return that we could afford and now my bad back is gone!
