Dreams have been excellent both times we have been to purchase a bed and mattress from their Bognor Regis facility they are helpful professional experienced and knowledgeable every thing is perfect with them from walking in the store until delivery they communicated everything with us they do a fantastic job/service a special thank you to Melissa she is an asset to your company thank you

We had amazing service from Mark, had great sense of humour in the Bognor Regis store. Saved us a huge amount of the mattresses we bought. Delivery was very fast, on time and the delivery guys too were great. Wore shoe protectors so no dirt on carpet. We love our new mattress and have the most restful sleep now. Thank you

Store advisor was great, knowledgable about products and took care not to rush me. I was able to use a sleep position diagnostic tool which suggested a number of products in a range of prices. The mattress I bought is perfect for me.

We were received very well by the staff. They offered us tea and coffee. They also offered us to use the machine to find out which mattress is best for us, that was a great experience.

We wanted a four foot bed. RESULT. Zno problem. The manager made everything so easy. Mattress was just right. And the choice of drawers.. When delivered the men were so clean, covers on there feet, took away all the packaging. No mess. GREAT.

The way we were welcomed as soon as we stepped into the shop..Spent alot of time with us,offered tea or coffee ,while my husband was being shown with testing different matresses and advising on what Matress would be right for him.Alround wonderful perfect

Great experience. We thought we would be spending the day looking round mattress shops trying to find the right one but first shop we went to was dreams in Bognor and we found a number of mattresses that we liked. We were helped through by helpful members of staff purchase and delivery were straight forward and they kept us informed of delivery time night before and when on route. All in all much easier than we were expecting

The experience at Dreams was very smooth, very informative but not pushy in the slightest. The use of the computerised sleep system helped us to decied on the mattress. Timea was an excellent host and very informative with lots of honest advice on the correct and necessary approach to purchasing such an important item.

A wonderful mattress. It took a few nights to get used to it.

To all future customers of dreams , make sure that the salesperson puts you on their mattress tester , In my opinion it's a must when purchasing a new mattress . The collection and replacement has been a nightmare from one of the unhelpful delivery drivers

Had the bed for a couple of weeks and we are sleeping so well now. Didn’t realise how poor our old mattress was and what a difference it has made.

I had no problems with showrooms, great service and the delivery men were on time, helpful, respectful and courteous. Great service highly recommended.

The staff member was helpful, directed us to clearance so saved us some cash, but then we had to wait for about 15 or more minutes for a desk to become free so we could process the delivery etc . Not particularly efficient. Free delivery is good, obviously!
