Despite myself and my husband visiting the Bexhill branch fairly close to closing time, your sleep salesman couldn’t have been more helpful.
Ollie was committed to finding me the right bed and mattress, to ensure I was as comfortable as possible in my new bed. Having had a very nasty accident and being confined to bed this was absolutely essential for me.
The SleepWatch was great and I am extremely comfortable in my new bed. A big thank you to Ollie who ensured that I made the right choice and ensured that I would be as comfortable as possible in spite of my injuries. He also arranged for the earliest possible delivery which was a great relief to me.
The date below is a guess as I do not have the paperwork to hand.

Linda was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.
She did not rush me, answered my many questions patiently and let me lie on the beds for ages!

After looking online at different mattresses we decided to go to dreams to actually see them, sit and lay on them. The colleague approached us and asked if she could help took the time to listen to what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Bexhill branch. First class service. Popped in three times before we made our minds up. Each time the staff gave us time and information without being pushy. Delivery was also on time. What more could you want. Highly Recommended

I was pleased to visit the store and be able to ‘try’ different types of products. I found the store well equipped to explain and demonstrate the various products and the staff friendly and relaxed. I could make the right decision without feeling any pressure and talking to a woman who understood the needs of an older person was helpful and comfortable. I feel that I bought the right product.

We visited the Bexhill Dreams branch on Sunday 4th September 2022 and was greeted by Neil and Ollie. Both were very friendly and assisted us with our purchase from start to finish.

We were looking at the Tempur range they had and Ollie provided us with information on all of their products they had in stock. We were given a pillow based on our sleeping style and tried them all from the softest to the hardest.

Once we had made the decision, they were both helpful in going through the purchase process. We were offered water and a hot drink which was nice and it made the overall experience pleasant.

Once we went through the finance options and were happy with our option we were given the products that were on offer at the time. (Free pillows and mattress protector) and left the store with a suitable delivery date and a memorable experience.

Both Neil and Ollie were very knowledgeable and approachable and made our experience pleasant and fun.

After a horrible experience at a rival store, Linda in Bexhill went above & beyond to find me the perfect mattress & bed for my needs. Excellent customer service!

Me colin & Sarah are very pleased & happy with the bed & also the way linda the sales lady at the Bexhill-on-Sea East Sussex store served us with great information with the computer bed at the store. Took her time to help with everything including our reasons in relationship to type of bed mattress we needed thank you very much again Sarah & colin.

The staff from the store was very polite and helpfull and the mattress is the best I've ever had.I definitely recommend this product.

Decided to invest in new mattress after experiencing insomnia for several months. After trying out the diagnostic machine, was advised which mattress would benefit us both. The bed was instantly comfortable and I could easily have "dropped off"! Pillow was especially impressive by being soft but supportive at the same time. I purchased the pillow as well. Nicky, the assistant was friendly and informative, without any pressure to buy. In a nutshell, I needed a new bed; Dreams almost spoilt me for choice and am very happy with purchase. We were delighted with the professional & friendly approach when we visited to test a mattress. The shop assistant was friendly, knowledgable & offered good advice. We would strongly recommend this branch to other people living in the Bexhill area.

Having been assured that a Tempur Cloud Elite mattress would be ideal for two side sleepers like us, we have found it very hard and uncomfortable. We saw from other reviews that it took some people a while to get used to it, we have persevered. However on day 55 we are still unhappy. We will be asking for an exchange.
