Excellent service. Had to postpone delivery because of floods but new date was quickly arranged and everything could not have gone more smoothly. Professional service all round

The Bedford store were very welcoming and took me through every step. I picked a lovely double bed with 2 drawer divan and headboard plus Tempur pillow. They were delivered on time by two lovely fellas who were very helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

Everybody I've dealt with at Dreams has been friendly and polite including the two men who delivered and set up the bed.

We went to the Bedford store 2 days in a row. The lady who dealt with us on both days (Roxana) was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through all options available to us. Would recommend to others to visit and are in need of a new bed. Very happy customers :-)

Purchased a couple of mattresses which needed replacing, and a bed frame, and now I’ve got a happy daughter, and I’m loving my new mattress too.

Excellent advice and guidance from Arjun in Bedford store. He gave us a huge amount of time showing suitable beds to try out. Delivery was good too. Very helpful lads.

when i walked into the store a salesman asked me what i was looking for. he knew exactly what i wanted and showed me what i wanted with no bother,
he was every helpful and explained all the form filling.
very pleasant man with a sense of humour that was funny. even offered me a drink. at the end showed me the form and went through it with me

My recent delivery of my queen size mattress was great .the two delivery men were very pleasant and helpful .they put on shoe protectors and never complained about the tight squeeze going up the stairs to get the mattress in .they explained about retina if I wasn’t happy and made sure all was well before leaving very helpful and chatty would recommend

It started with the person serving us he, was kind helpful polite and respectful.He helped us find an excellent bed.then came the delivery .We were kept up to date when it would arrive by a nails and the two men that put the bed together again were so polite and efficient then came the bed it is all comfortable m back is already getting better.
