A truly wonderful experience
A truly wonderful experience. Our assistant, Chloe, welcomed us, left us to wander as we requested, offered us the 'sleep machine' experience, which was good. We chose a pillow and Chloe took us round lots of beds. Left us to decide. Offered us a drink, we had a lovely coffee. We only went in to begin our bed search but got what we wanted. Chloe explained our choice, delivery, old bed pickup, delivery and building our new bed. She covered everything, we left the store fully aware what would happen next and when. Chloe know her stock and you could tell she absolutely enjoyed her work. A thoroughly enjoyable experience

Great browsing experience, Kieran helpful but not intrusive, all the time in the world. Delivery on time, personable delivery man brought to the requested door, all packaging removed. 10 days in, I'm sleeping really well!

My experience with Dreams
The staff in the store were so helpful and nothing was a bother to them. The woman dealing with us (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) was so cheery and chatted with us us he whole time. She made us feel important to her.
Our order was delivered on time and the delivery guys were so nice, even putting slippers over their shoes
