Excellent delivery service.
I haven't actually slept on my new mattress yet as I am still waiting to move into my refurbished home. Hopefully soon. However, when purchased, a delivery date was given and, on the day, the driver called ahead to give an approximate time for delivery which enabled me to get to the property in time to open up. On arrival, both lads carried it into the bedroom and onto my new bed. They were really happy and really helpful guys. A credit to the company. As soon as I get the keys, I'll be giving it a test. Can't wait.

Great experience with Dreams
Great experience from in store to delivery and after.
In store (Aberdeen) staff were super helpful and spent time with me to find out the right bed and mattress. The Sleepmatch service was great. After trying various mattresses I ended up with something different from my initial idea which proves the need to try different ones.
Delivery service was very professional. I had requested assembly and the guys were great. Very tidy and removed my 2 old mattresses.
I am now LOVING my new bed and mattress and my guests appreciating the new spare bed mattress.
Would definitely recommend the whole Dreams experience.

Very Positive Experience
Ronnie at Dreams Kittybrewster has been so helpful assisting myself and my partner finding a mattress for our first home together. His customer service and helpful manner made our experience with Dreams really positive. He was very attentive when asked for help arranging our order over the phone and sorted everything out for us - the process was so easy!
